You opened your eyes and looked at ceiling and sat up. You looked around couldn't see anything. "i need my glasses."

You walked down the carpeted staircase not daring to touch the nasty handrail that was covered with dust and other bacteria. You looked at it with disgust defined all over your face. You walked into your kitchen and made your way to the counters. You pulled out a plate then thought for second. 'I'm not making anything." You suddenly lost your appetite. You grabbed your backpack and headphones. The silence consumed you. You frantically got your phone out and plugged in your headphones and listened to You by petite biscuit. You calmed yourself and walked out of the door. You closed the white door. Once you made your way to the sidewalk you looked back at your house and looked at the exterior. It was the only thing that looked decent out of the whole thing. Inside was and old couch that had been your grandmothers, faded carpets, dusty chandeliers, wallpaper falling off, etc. Just your average childhood home? Nevertheless, you liked it. It was unique, like you, that's kind of why you wanted it. It took a quarter of your savings, but was worth it. You turned and faced the steep hill that the road went. You walked down and continued until you had made it to your destination, the comic book store. Not what you'd expected huh? Or it was. Anyways, you walked in and went to the back. "Hey Jermey." You said grabbing a few papers. He turned to you then back to the unorganized comic books. "Y/N, I need you to cover for me." He said a little helplessly with a hint of sureness. You sighed then turned to him. "I already did last week." "I know, but just this one time." Jermey said dramatically getting on his knees and looking up at you. "I'll give you my art supplies!" He bribed. "Hmm... I'll give you a freebie this time." You said smiling. "Thank you so much!" He said getting up and hugging you. You blushed and whisper yelled, "Stop it! Just go." You said laughing. He laughed and walked out. You heard the bell being rung. You ran out but went back to turn off the light. It was going faster. "I'm comin'!" You yelled. It still had been rung when you were near the counter. There were three men. One of them was muscular, had a chiseled beard, a hat, and dark brown eyes. You moved your eyes to the man who had been ringing the hell out of that dang bell. He was a teen-looking guy with some acne, blue eyes, and mostly blue hair. You looked at the last man who was desperately trying to stop the blue-haired one. He had dark brown hairdesperately and some black spectacles. You walked to them. "Stop it!" The man with glasses said. "Well were waiting-" the man with acne got interrupted by you and the muscular man. "Ahem." You both said at the same time. The two people moved their eyes to you. "I'm sorry about them." The muscular man apologized. You looked at him. "No problem, how can I help you?" You asked leaning on the countertop. "We were just looking for some uh...". The tall man turned to the other two. The one with glasses stood up. "We were looking for some volunteers for a little video." You looked at them. "Excuse me?" You said leaning in. "Um, call me for the details, here you go." The man said handing you a card with a pink shiny outline of a mustache on it. You looked up at them. " You guys seem completely weird and suspicious." They looked at each other with anxious faces. You smiled and sat up. "But it sounds like fun. Count me in" " Oh! Ok." The man with acne said. You looked at him as he spoke and noticed that he had blue eyes. " Call me Mark." Glasses man said. "Okay, bye tall man, blue eyes, and Mark." You all laughed. "See ya." Blue eyes said walking with the other two out of the store. You looked down at the card and thought about the three men for the rest of the day. Once Jeremy came back, you informed him that it was closing time. And, like always, he tried to pull off the I-wasn't-looking-at-the-time trick. You just shook your head and said goodbye. Once you closed the store, it was time to go to the grocery store. After half an hour, you had made it to a Walmart. You walked through the doorway and put your hands in your pocket as you went past the sensors. You made your way to the baby area. You thought quickly. Oh shit! I have to get- Before you could finish that thought you quickly grabbed a bag that you keep the supplies in, formula, a bottle, pacifier, and little strawberry cereal in a can as big as the formula. You rushed to the checkout line and made it to the cashier. They looked at you. " In a rush eh?" They asserted as they scanned and bagged your items. You caught your breath and responded, " Yes. I have to get my kid." You said laughing a bit. They looked at you. " You have a kid?" They asked wide-eyed. You noticed the shock and thought about rephrasing your statement, but you had to go. "How much?" You asked ignoring their question. "Uh, $27.36." They said quickly getting your bags ready to be taken away. You pulled out a twenty and a ten, then handed it to them. "Keep the change." You insisted as you grabbed your bags and walked out. You felt like you'd seen that cashier before. It was a muscular man with brown hair and eyes. You continued out of the store hearing shrieking coming from fangirls. Then, you knew that the "cashier" was probably some celebrity or something. You ran to a bus station and patiently waited as a bus had emerged from the delivery trucks that had their logos on each side. Light reflected off of some of them so you would cover your face everytime they would go by. You heard the bus stop and got your bags then stood up. The doors opened and you quickly made your way inside. You sat down in the front next to a guy in a red hoodie and some plain jeans. The way he looked was normal, but he seemed dangerous. Next thing you knew, he was looking at you. You kept your eyes straight and moved your head up so you could look out of the bus drivers window. Once you were in the area of your destination you got up. The driver stopped and you got off. The doors almost closed but were back open and the boy sitting next to you got off and tapped you on the shoulder. You turned. "You forgot your your bags." he said handing them to you. You palm-slapped your forehead and got the bags. "Thank you so much." You said a little embarrassed. "No problem. So my names-" before he could finish the driver honked. "Oh, I better go." He said walking to the bus. "Yeah, bye." You said also walking away. You turned your head forward and resumed to running. Once you made it to the house, you started to walk. You also got anxious as you past the dyed green grass that looked dried, and the bricks that separated the dried grass from the garden that held different arrays of flowers. You then looked at some of them and noticed that they were either dead or badly shriveled. You weren't used to the garden looking like this. It would always be perfectly fine and lively, but at the moment it looked as if death had crossed the land. You made your way up the four steps which lead to the porch. The porch was still quite clean and well swept. The rocking chairs were perfectly lined up with no spider webs or other insects. Lastly, the little glass table in between the chairs, where you would set down your beverage on coasters when you and your family came to visit. Get your head out of the clouds and finish with the task at hand here! You scolded yourself. You nodded to yourself as well, like you'd been given a pep talk. You went to the door and knocked. There was silence for a moment, then the door opened. You looked at your step mother and her boyfriend. "Where is he?" You said going in. They moved and gave you little leeway. You walked around until you made it to, what used to be, the playroom. But bit for kids, no, for the adults. You could see that there were still stains in the carpet from the drinks, food, and whatever else they'd do in there. You saw that they added a chest with toys and Drawing supplies. You moved your head and a small child came into tour sight. "Mommy!" he yelled. "Tommy!" You opened your arms and raced his warm hug. He dug his face into your shoulder and held on as you picked him up. You walked down the hallway to your stepmother and her significant other. "Thanks." You said quickly handing them their pay, which was the baby formula and bag. You knew that they would be watching other young kids. You kept the cereal though. They nodded and waved goodbye to the child. You walked out and went to a bus station and you both waited. Once it came you both went on. He looked up at you then drifted off to sleep. You looked at him and smiled. You heard a loud bang and then the bus suddenly swerved a bit and stopped. You gripped the seat so you and Tom wouldn't fall. "What happened?" You asked the driver. "Let me check really quick." he got out and there was silence. You thought it was kind of sketchy that there was only you two and three more passengers that were freaking out. Tommy was still asleep surprisingly. It had been almost en minutes since the bus driver had been absent. You started to get anxious and looked out of the window to see pitch blackness. "Someone has to go out there." A woman said pacing forward and backward. You got your phone out and dialed 911. "I'll go." a man stated presumptuously as he walked to the doors and later opened them. "Who are you-?" was all you heard before there was a choking sound and a bloody body on the floor. You quickly ducked down under the seat with Tommy in your arms. You watched as the show's of a man went down the aisle. As he went past a person you heard a little noise that had sounded like gurgling. Each one was different. After a few more weird noises, it was completely silent. You'd been covering your mouth so you wouldn't make any noise. You watched as the shoes made their way off the bus. You didn't know what to do instead of calling the police. You picked up your phone and pushed the phone icon. It buzzed as you held it up to your ear. Someone answered and asked what the problem was. "I- there was something wrong with the bus so the driver went out and never came back in. Then this guy came in, and killed everyone." You said with your voice shaking. "Ma'am, where are hiding you right now?" They asked. "Seat, why?" You asked confused. The voice of the operator started to get deeper and more demonic. "Hello?" You asked getting hella anxious. (Sorry, humor?) You moved your phone to in front of your face and saw a man that looked a lot like that Mark guy from the comic book store, but with black, soulless eyes, a little neater hair, and a suit. Something grabbed your ankle and dragged you from your hiding spot. This was so quick that you couldn't grab Tommy fast enough. It choked you. You opened your eyes and saw that it was Mark. You looked into his eyes. "Mark?" You got out between the gasps for air. It shook its head. "Darkiplier." It said. You noticed the voices were completely different. Mark's was more soft and goofy-sounding, but it's voice was more a dangerous and threatening. It hadn't looked into your eyes. Just past you. It let go once you both heard Tom say,"Get away from mommy!". You gasped for air and grabbed Tommy. You ran out and looked at where you were. It was so dark. Tom handed you your phone. You heard loud banging coming from the bus and started to go blindly out. You turned on your flashlight and went down the road. You looked at the trees and recognized them. 3 miles. You thought to yourself. You ran as fast as you could, still being aware of your speed, so you wouldn't fall and hurt both you and Tommy. You found a gas station but continued on. You would think that it would be smart to go to the gas station, but you've watched enough movies to know better. You made it to a bench at a park, and knew that you didn't have a long way to go. You walked the rest of the way and finally made it to your door. You got your key out of your pocket and- Wait...you didn't have your keys. Shit! I lost them. That a-hole-Ugh... You turned around and sat on the porch. You checked if your phone was buggy, it wasn't? You were highly confused, but you weren't going to waste your chance. You quickly attempted to call the police again, but you didn't have to...they were already pulled up in the driveway walking towards you.
