Lisa's POV

Today was our first date, I meant our first fake date and Jennie texted her address so that I could go to pick her up. I must say she was not like other guys or girls I had gone out with. Many of them would die to have me pick them up from their house. It's a fact, check.

I rang her doorbell and an "I'm coming." voice was uttered from the other side of the door.

The owner of the voice then opened the door and appeared in front of my eyes. Her cat eyes stared straight at me when I was eyeing her up and down before I snapped back into reality. She was wearing her usual Chanel clothing, but in a plain style like T-shirt and jeans. I honestly was expecting that a high class lady like her would dress up in a tiny dress so she could catch all my and all guys' attention every step she takes. However, her dress code now is ... perfect! I guess she really did not want to impress me, but sadly it still did.

I handed her the flower I bought her and laid out my hand to her in a way of a guy asking a girl to a dance floor and she took it. I proceeded to walk her to my car (which is not a fancy one compared to hers) with her clinging to my arm. I could feel the heat of her torso because of our close distance.

I opened the car door for her then went for the driver seat.

"May I ask where we are going?" That was the first question she asked.

"We're going to one of my favorite places. The drive will take some time so we will stop at a café along the way for breakfast which I assume you haven't had one as well." I replied while starting the engine.

"Should you at least tell me where exactly we are heading to though? You know, we just met yesterday, I mean ... the whole safety thing..." ah, right. She still had this trust issue and overthinking things, but of course she's right, we'd just met yesterday. How could I be so insensitive.

"Ah, sorry. It's my fault. We're going to a zoo near Busan. It's a bit far but it's going to be worth it." Her eyes went wide after hearing what I just said.

"Jisoo Unnie is going to kill me..." she murmured with a worried expression.

"What did you just say?"

"Oh emm, not-tthing." She stuttered.

"Is it okay or should we change the location?" I asked worriedly. I did not like pushing people to do things against their wills.

"No, it's fine. Let's just go with the plan." She said while trying to settle in her seatbelt.

"And don't worry. You can send the location to your close friend and keep your live location on during the whole ride, I won't mind." I said with an assuring smile. Did I really want to show her the place? We just met yesterday. Yes, I was not kidding that we were going to one favorite place of mine.

"Let me help you with that." I saw her struggling to get her seatbelt on. "Well, my car was a bit ... old so the seatbelt was not in its best and fresh condition, sorry." Before she could say anything, I unfastened my seatbelt and turned towards her. I moved to take the seatbelt from her side and buckled it for her.

When I shifted my eyes from the seatbelt, I realized my face was inches away from her and our eyes met. I gulped and felt my heart beat faster than usual. 'Am I getting sick?' Seconds passed and we were still in the same position, then I saw a tinge of red appeared on her chubby cheeks. 'So cute.' I smiled.

"Hek hemm. I-I think we should start our road trip now." She said while moving her gaze to other places except at me.

I laid out my right palm and "Should we hold hands while I'm driving?" Omg Lisa did you just watch a k-drama? You were so into character right now.
