Jasmine

I’m Jasmine Malfoy and honestly? I’m the FEMALE twin to someone and I know people who are good at Muggle Science would most likely say that you can’t have a FEMALE twin to a MALE twin.

I’m the twin of Draco Malfoy. You’re probably thinking that damned impossible but it’s true you know. I’m the half of the Malfoysiblingship and he wasn’t even happy of it. He liked to remind me every living moment that he was just slightly older than me.  So when I say we’re twins, we’re both have the white-blonde hair, even though mine was long and straight, where-as his was short, sleek and look like it was combed back.

I sat on the edge of my bed, at the start of a new day. I was just waking up when Draco burst into my room making me quickly cover up with my dark green, checked, duvet. Clearly startling me.

“WAKE UP!” He practically shouted at me. He didn’t wait to see if I was generally awake or anything. Just shout at me and make me feel like I’ve just had a heart attack. “Quick Jazz, I’ve got post!” He gestured for me to come to see his amazing new post that he got in the owl mail. As if. Why would I care if he’s got post or not?

I grabbed a pillow, groaning as I shoved my face into it, dragging in the smell of the oh-so-soft and Jasmine scent pillow and I still felt like I deserved sleep. Why did my body have to wake up at this stupid time?! I felt myself drifting back off to sleep, but there was always an interruption.

“Jazz? Come on! Mother and Father are waiting for u-Me!” Draco called, darting from the room as I chucked my pillow at his head. I sighed, before dragging myself out of my warm and comfy bed. Thinking on it, I thought Draco almost let slip something but managed to cover it up.

I dragged my still sleepy body to the bathroom where I cleaned up my face from the sleep. I quickly brushed my hair straight and brushed my teeth before returning to my room where my pillow still lay at the door frame. Eugh, I didn’t like this.Stupid Draco and his stupid post.Gathering up the pillow, I cuddled it close to my chest as I walked it back to my bed where I just flopped down. I was going to take my time no matter what. Draco couldn’t make me hurry up.

An hour later, after having a power nap, I was up and dressed and making down the hallway outside my room, which led to a grand staircase which then, in turn, led to the hallway. Long pathway but still, I got there eventually. To the main dining area where the whole family were seated, Mother and Father sitting not at the ends of the table.

“Draco, what are you so excited about? It’s just stupid post brought by the owl every morning. Who would want to send you a letter?” Jasmine asked, taunting him as she took her seat in the high-backed chairs at the table.

“Well, if you must know, Dear Sister, it’s from Hogwarts. I bet you haven’t got yours yet” He announced codly, waving his letter in front of my face. My smirk got slightly wider. “What are you smirking at me like that for?” Draco looked confused, but Mother stepped in, just when I was going to retort to him that his face looked like a watermelon when he waves things in the air AND the fact that I had gotten my letter before him.

“Draco, Jasmine already received her acceptance letter,” Mother told him, all of us watching his face fall into deep disgust. “What? Sorry Bro, guess Hogwarts found me more important than you” I said, getting up from the table not making eye contact with my family. I remember the looks of annoyance on their faces when I received the letter before Draco. Why her? They probably thought. Why would she be first to get her acceptance letter?
