"N-No! Shihan, stop! Enough!" Elizabeth struggled in his grip as the clock struck midnight. Shihan, however, did not stop. "You will be mine." He growled in her ear as he forced himself to her. "N-No! You're my husband's brother! We can't!" She released a soft cry as he bit down on her neck, gently but still rough. Not enough to break skin. "That's exactly why I have to do this..." He forced himself into her and she cried out. "No!"

Elizabeth was greeted the next morning by her husband. "Good morning, love." He smiled and kissed her forehead. She sat up. "H-Huh..? O-oh.. Good morning..." She yawned and sat up, looking around. When was I brought back here? She thought to herself as she looked around the room.

"Did you sleep well?" Rilien asked as he changed into his usual uniform. Rilien was the King, of the Elves that is, so he always had to look his best.

"I-I suppose so.." She got up and walked over to him, wrapping her arms around him. "Did you have fun at the party last night?" Elizabeth asked. She couldn't bear to tell him what his brother had done to her.

"Yes, I enjoyed talking to some old friends... And yourself?" He turned and pulled her into his arms, looking down at her. "I, uh, yes. I did. I spoke with Claudia for some time."

"What about?" He smiled.

"Just the latest fashion and such." She gave a convincing smile and kissed his lips gently. "What will you be doing today?"

"The usual. Going through paperwork and war strategies. The humans have yet to attack, and I plan to stop them before they do.

" Rilien, I don't think they're going to attack us.. They're too weak, and they know that."

"Yes, but they have nerve. That could be enough for them to win."

Elizabeth chuckled. "They could never win against us."

He smiled and pulled away. "I'm happy you think so. Well, I must be going." He gave her one last kiss goodbye and left the bedroom.

"Gods, curse him." Elizabeth hissed as she looked in the mirror. She spoke of Shihan, the father of her soon-to-be firstborn. Pulling off her nightgown, she looked in the mirror to see the small bump that had appeared overnight.

"May I come in, your majesty~?" A soft voice sounded from the other side of the door. "I have your garments for this beautiful day."

"A-Ah! One moment!" She sighed and pulled her nightgown back on. "You may enter."

A short female elf entered the room and smiled. "Good morning, my Lady~. You look as beautiful as ever." Elizabeth sighed. "Cut the romantics, Anjali." She couldn't help but smile and pull her into a hug. "I'm going to miss you so much."

"I'm going to miss you too, Eli.." She hugged her back tightly. "'But it's not every day that a lowly maid like me is offered a chance to learn the art of healing magic."

"Yes, I know, I know." She sighed, pulling away. "But you'll visit me of course~?"

"If you wish it, then yes." Anjali laughed. "But I feel that it is good that I leave now. By time you're ready to give birth, I should know that much."

"E-EH?!" Elizabeth covered her stomach with her arms. "H-How did you know?!"

Anjali smiled gently. Her smile was enough to calm any frightened person. "Be at peace, Elizabeth. I am training to be a Healer, remember? I sensed the aura change."

"Aura change?"

"Yes. Aura change. Every living being has an Aura. And when, for example, a woman becomes pregnant, her Aura changes. Aura changes vary per person, but this change is very unlike illness, so I'm assuming it is pregnancy. Is it not?" Anjali raised an eyebrow and tilted her head slightly to the side.

"I-I.. uh.. Yes.. Im pregnant.."

"That's wonderful~! I'm sure King Rilien is delighted! Your first born together~!"

"Anjali... He doesn't know yet.." Elizabeth shifted her gaze to the ground, her fingertips traveling over her bloated stomach.

"Huh...? Why not?! This is important news! We must tell him now!" She grabbed Elizabeth's hand and went to leave the room.

"A-Anjali! S-stop.." She pulled her hand away gently. "I can't tell him.."

Anjali froze in place. "Well surely you must.." Her voice softened.

Elizabeth couldn't help but fall to her knees, clutching her stomach, as tears rolled down her face.

Anjali kneeled beside the crying woman and wrapped her arms around her, pulling her into a comforting hug. "Oh, Eli.. It isn't his.. Is it?"

"N-no.. It's not.."
