Yeah right! I beat you're licking your lips and laughing secretly at my misery.
I couldn't say a word though... I stood their with my bright sapphire frilly dress covering my short legs. The heels were cutting through my toes but I still stood quietly as a marionette.
A doll with snow curls that reached my hips and two circular shape violet orbs , staring blankly at the crowd of vampires. I know they don't even mean what they say, they see me as food or a prize. My strings that control me are invisible that no one can see.
"Kiyomi, are you feeling alright?" Asked my uncle as he laid a hand on my fragile shoulder.
I say no and he nods. Which means that he doesn't actually care about me at all. He's just happy that my father had died so he could claim the title head of the Ouri Family. I knew he started this rumor that held no truth to it. My uncle hated my father to the shivering bone.
Once this over he'll get rid of me when he has the chance.
I touched the hairpin with my tiny fingers.
It was a gift from Kazuhiko, my older brother who died in the accident.
Kazuhiko gave this to me for my birthday, promising me that someday he will be my prince. But I know he can't complete that childish dream, not with him turned into grains of gray dust.
