I was almost falling asleep in Trigonometry, Ms. Dyer was literally boring me to death. Suddenly, I felt a small paper ball hit my desk. I sneakily opened it to see a little scribble "Hey -F" I blush slightly and quickly scratch a reply "Hey ;) -M" and discreetly toss it back to Finn who has a smirk on his face.  I see him write on the paper and pass it to me, it says "Wanna do something later? -F" I bite my lip lightly and reply, "Sure, where? -M" and hand it back. At this point people around us have started noticing our note passing, we are getting some looks, not like I care. "The Arcade? After school? -F". Perfect, I don't have any homework tonight since it's Friday and I love arcade and FINN WILL BE THERE! "Perfect :) -M"

I was just about to hadn't back when it was snatched out of my hands. "Millie Bobby Brown what is this?" I looked up at an angry looking Ms. Dyer, "I suppose you wouldn't mind me reading this for the class Ms. Brown?". I just sat as still as I could with my face embarrassingly red and knowing I could do nothing about it. Ms. Dyer read the note and said "Millie please, next time don't pass notes." She said with a soft smile going back to her lesson. The whole class was shocked by her quick mood change, even me. Me and Finn made eye-contact and he almost burst out laughing which made me smile. He mouthed "Are we still on?" To me and I nodded my head in confirmation. Looks like I have plans for tonight.

Later that day......

I walked out of Mr. Heaton's English class and was almost out of the door way as I heard Mr. Heaton call after me "Millie Brown can I please talk with you?", I slowly spin around on my heel to face him. "Yes Mr. Heaton?" I asked cautiously as a slowly stalked back in his room. "Millie, your and amazingly smart young lady, but you aren't putting in very much effort, which is becoming an issue with you're grades," he explained. I nodded my head while he spoke ", I hope you'll start to put in more effort, you could do great things. Have a good weekend!" He said with a kind smile as I wished him the same and walked out. Thank god it was Friday.
