y/n's pov:
"y/n" my mom yelled from downstairs, i put my computer aside as i rush downstairs, "yes" i say as she looks at me, "y/n we are having some financial problems, and i was thinking.." she started as i already knew what she was going to say.
"i think you're old enough to start working, you just turned 18, and i also think you should help around the house and with that it means you need to get a job" my mom said as nicely as possible, i sighed as i agreed.
"i also need you to start working as soon as possible, maybe monday?" she asked as i agreed again; "i love you my girl" she sighed.
she gave me a small smile as i headed up stairs, i finished my math homework as i started to look for jobs, i never really thought about working.
i'm 18 and homeschooled, my name is y/n y/l/n and i live with my mom; my dad left us when i was younger, i remember the day like if it was yesterday. but i don't want to remember it anymore
i couldn't find anything that caught my eye, but it didn't matter if it caught my eye or not, i had to start working by monday and it just happens to be saturday
i shut my computer as i decided to take a walk; "mom i'll be back soon" i told her as she nodded, i walked down our neighborhood, everyone was really friendly so i didn't mind being out.
i looked around as the orange leaves fell slowly to hit the floor; "haha daddy stoppp" giggles of a small boy came to my ears, i softly smiled as i continued to walk as the laughs getting closer
before i knew it the little boy was wrapped around my legs, "stop it daddy" he laughed as my heart fluttered with warmth, i looked down to him as he smiled up at me
he was small, around the age of 3, he had darkish brown hair as his eyes were green with a hint of brown; his small face was very beautiful
"oh uh sorry; come on landon" a deep voice said; i looked up to him as i felt my breath be taken away, he was gorgeous; his jawline so sharp it could cut anyone, his fluffy yet flat hair laid beautifully down his forehead as his greenish eyes shined in the sun; his small nose tied everything together
"it's okay" i smiled at him as his eyes met mine, the small boy let go of my legs as he walked to his dad slowly, i looked over to the boy as i smiled at him.
"hey" i softly said as i ducked down to give him a high five, he blushed slightly as i smiled; he gave me a high five as his small hand met mine
"what's your name" i asked him; "landon" his soft voice said as i felt my heart skip a beat; i loved babies; "nice name, i'm y/n" i smiled at him as he hugged his fathers leg
i got up as i looked at the tall figure in front of me; i gave him a smile, "i'm grayson" his voice said as i felt goosebumps arise on my skin, "i'm y/n nice to meet you" i told him as he gave me a smile
"can she come play wif us daddy" landon asked grayson, "buddy i don't think she'll want to; we just met her" he told landon as he pouted. "please" he said as he walked to me grabbing my hand; "what do you say pretty girl" landon asked me as i chuckled
i looked up at grayson as he raised a brow making me nervous; "uh of course yea if it's okay with your daddy" i told him as grayson cleared his throat. landon's eyes met his dads as grayson smiled, "yes of course she can" he said as our eyes met again
