So my brother in law gave me relationship advice today. The awkwardness. But what he said was really true and mature and I thought I'd put it on this.
So here's how it goes:)
'Look so I don't think there's anything wrong with being in a relationship at 16/17 or whatever age. It doesn't matter. But what matters is that you make sure the guy is mature and you take mature decisions. Cuz there's so much in life. There's so many things to do. Don't waste it on a boy.
And don't be in a hurry. Cuz it's not cool or whatever to have a boyfriend and go all 'I have a boyfriend' and shit. It's nice to be with someone but that doesn't mean you need to go with the first.
Don't waste your life on a boy. Once your in a relationship, it doesn't mean that your other life has to stop. No it's balancing. Cuz if you're in love for really you can balance both your lives. It's easy to, cuz he'd respect it. Don't be blinded by looks or sweet talk. Don't think the first is always right.
You're an amazing young woman and whoever your find would be lucky. So don't get disheartened if your single and don't rush to find someone.'
So yeah.... He doesn't know that I'm a single Pringle. Haha.
