The Last Romantic Poem

After five minutes of hard thinking, he decided to try one last thing. To write a Romantic poem to Hannah. So he did.

Later he approached her again. He was also worried that this was his last opportunity to win her over.

"Excuse me Hannah, sorry to bother you again. I promise this will be the last time" Drade said.

"OMG, I told you, I'm not interested, please go away" Hannah tried to explain.

"Please, I wrote you a poem. If you don't like it I'll leave you alone, forever. You won't ever have to see me again, I promise" Drade said while trying to convince her to listen.

"Ok fine, I'll listen" Hannah said while trying to speed this up.

Without hesitation & with everyone watching he stood up & started to read his poem.

"Your lips so smooth give out a glow, your cheeks not far below, you light the sky as bright as day, so much there's no such thing as night, you look so beautiful I could barely write, I just wanted to kiss you goodnight, you light my day in every way, until we meet again I hope you'd say, if in doubt you did not like, this poem I did write just for you, than this will be the end for me, I hope you changed your mind & set me free" Drade said confidently.

Hannah started to blush, this time it was obvious it slightly worked, she was also so surprised by it she started to cry happy tears.

"Drade, did you really go this far for me? That was beautiful & very sweet" Hannah said while regretting what she said before this.

"I was brought up in a way to fight for what you loved or believed in. When I saw you I knew it had to be true, because my heart skipped a beat" Drade said.

"Awww, your too sweet. I'm sorry about being a b###h before. Life's just been a bit hard for me lately, would you like to sit down & join us" Hannah said happily.

"Sure, thanks" Drade replied.

They started a conversation, this time it was getting more serious than before. Hannah & Drade both leaned in to kiss each other. Before there lips could touch, three armed men broke down the door & started taking hostages.

There was no warning to this madness. It was an outrage. People where getting pushed up against windows as police showed up. Civilians getting tossed around like rag dolls.

They separated the woman from the men.

"Get this on camera where everyone can see" One of the armed man said angrily while holding a gun to a girls head.

"Please don't kill me, there it's done, your live" the girl said sadly worried for her life.

"Good, to the world out there listening you motherf####rs. I'm sick of being pushed around & owned by woman. Woman are sexist assh###s, who deserve to be shot to death, let me show you what happens when you f### with men" the same armed man said angrily, as he got ready to pull the trigger.

"No wait, I've got kids, please don't" the girl said while crying for her life.

Hannah stood up "Hey that's enough, you wanna kill somebody, you kill me" Hannah said without thinking twice.

"Oh, sweet ass baby girl, we can start with you first considering your so keen to die" the armed man said.

Just a moment before the trigger was pulled, Hannah shut her eyes & Drade jumped in front of her.

*BANG*

Police officer Harry had snipers at the ready. "It's too late, hostage down, OPEN FIRE" Officer Harry yelled.

The snipers took out the gunman, the area was under close watch as police rushed in shortly after checking if everyone was ok.

"Hannah..." Drade said while slowly bleeding out.

"OMG, you took a bullet for me" Hannah said while tears started to run down her face.

"I NEED HELP" Hannah yelled.

Drade was immediately rushed to hospital in critical condition.
