Your POV
I checked the time to see it was 5:04. he was supposed to be here at 3:30. I started to tear up. I stood up and started to run back to my dorm. It was our anniversary today... I opened my door then shut it quickly. I balled my eyes out as I slid down the door. I heard a knock and quickly stood up wiping away the tears. I opened the door to see Cloud with a worried look. I tried to shut the door but he put his hand against the door, clearly stronger than me. I started to tear up.
"babe what's wrong"
"When's our anniversary?".
"March 4, today. Listen I know I was late but... I was late for one reason". He got down on one knee and pulled out a little velvet box. " (Y/N), Last night I looked up into the stars and matched each one with a reason why I love you. I was doing great until I ran out of stars. I sent an angel to look over you at night. The angel came back a minute later, and I asked why. It told me angels don't watch other angels. I miss you when I'm not with you. When I'm not with you, all I do is think about you. When I think about you I just want to be with you. When I'm with you it's like all of my dreams have come true. Life without you is like a broken pencil, pointless. (Y/N) I love you so much and you make me so happy. So please, marry me?".
My tears started to flow again as I took the ring out of his hand and tackled him into a hug. I cupped his face and kissed him passionately. We pulled away and looked into each others eyes. We both laughed as he picked me up bridal style. He closed the door behind him as he laid me down on the bed. I faced him as he got into bed with me. I pushed him on his back gently and sat on top of him. I wrapped my arms around his chest and put my legs on the sides of his waist. He Wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me closer. He kissed my forehead as we both drifted off to sleep.
