emma's perspective

Dinner was quite lovely in the little Italian restaurant just around the block from where we were all staying. Gee and Alex sat either side of me and Will sat across the way with the lads laughing and joking whereas Alex, Gee and I were planning on tomorrow's events; shopping and then the hotel pool for the rest of the day.

It looked as if there was multiple delicious food options in the restaurant but since the menu was all through Italian, I decided to stick with the classic pepperoni pizza, it being the only thing I was able to comprehend. Everybody was in shock at the amount that I'd eaten considering I dont seem like the type of girl to devour food and I finished a whole pizza to myself. Alex and Gee were not too surprised as they both know from being my best friends for so long that I'm able to tackle my food very well.

It wasn't a long time afterwards that we were all slouching with tiredness back to our hotel rooms. I flopped onto my bed after changing into a pair of silk pyjama shorts and one of the jumpers I'd taken from Will and brought with me.

A topless Alex is laying in his double bed on the opposite side of the room on his laptop. He looks up and smirks seeing the jumper. I get up from my own bed and hop up next to him, leaning my head on his shoulder. 'I like Will,' I blurt out sounding way too casual than I intended.

But it was true and I had to say it out loud to finally come to terms with it. I really didn't care about Stephen anymore and what he'd think because he doesn't get a say in what a feel towards someone.

'I know,' he replies still facing his laptop but has a huge grin plastered on his face. I sigh annoyed. 'What'll I do?' I question him. 'Tell him. Nothing is going to happen between you guys if you don't.' He was right but I lacked in confidence to let Will know.

'I think if he likes me then he can come to me so I don't have to embarrass myself.' Alex nods, 'You're choice princess.' I laugh at the nickname he calls me and I nudge him softly but still snuggling into him. But it wasn't long before my eyes fell shut and I drifted off to sleep next to my best friend.

I had woken the next morning to a conversation happening in the room. Alex was still next to me and I was still snuggled up into him as when I fell asleep last night. I slowly open my eyes and stay in Alex's comfort. But as I yawn, he notices I'm awake and looks at me and smiles, 'Morning.'

I smile back and then sit up to see who he had been talking to while I was asleep and there was George who had perched himself on my bed that I hadn't even slept in yet. 'Morning,' I say sleepily to both the lads rubbing my eyes. 'We were just talking about what we're doing for the day and the lads said they want to go to the pool, so I think I'll stay with them and you and Gee can go shopping and join us later if you like,' Alex saying climbing out of bed as do I. 'Sure. Are we getting breakfast?' I ask stretching out my arms. 'Of course we are,' George smiles walking out of the room. 'I'm just gonna go down like this. I'm too lazy to get changed,' I say gesturing my way too comfy pyjamas.

I pull my hair back and tie it up into a messy bun, throw on my slippers and grab my purse to follow both Alex and George downstairs for breakfast. Just as I'd locked the door, I realised I had forgotten my phone on the bedside table. 'I'll follow you guys down, just forgot my phone,' I call to them and they nod proceeding to go to the lift.

I run inside and grab my phone rushing to get downstairs. I lock the door shut and without even looking up to see where I was going and I bump into someone. 'Easy there,' a charming northern accent tells me - an accent I recognise as Will's. 'Sorry. Just forgot my phone and rushing to get food,' I say apologetically. He looks at me up and down with a twinkle in his eye and a cheeky smirk on his face. 'That's a really cool hoodie there. Really cool. Where did you get it?' Will says playfully. I feel my cheeks heat up. 'Shut up,' I roll my eyes.
