Chapter 2: Never Struggle

I woke up, to see Death was carrying me down a gravel road, with dead trees and thick fog surrounding it. I groaned and squirmed in his arms.

"Good, your awake." he stopped and put me down.

I looked around,"Where are we?"

"In another dimension. Imagine a small block of land floating in the middle of nowhere, that's my whole estate." he explained, grabbing my arm and leading me forward,"And if you try to run away, you just keep coming back to my house."

I tried to fight out of his grip,"L-Let me go! I wanna go home!"

"Sorry, but when I said I'm gonna keep you, I meant I'm gonna keep you in my house forever."

I finally ripped out of his iron grip and ran for it. I ran, and ran, but Death didn't sound like he was running after me. I ran until I came up to a backyard. Figuring the people in the large, fancy mansion could help me, I ran up the front porch. I pounded frantically at the door.

"Help! Please! Some crazy guy is after me!" I pleaded.

The door cracked open, and a tall, faceless, paper white being in a suit stared down at me. I felt like I was under a trance while staring at this creature, and I started hearing voices. I saw stringy shadows wiggle out of the door, reaching for me. But I couldn't move, all I could do was stare at them.

The voices adruptly stopped as that dreaded demonic voice rang out, "Don't eat her, Slendy, she's my new pet."

The creature looked up at Death, who walked up the porch steps and placed a hand on my shoulder.

"Told you you would come to my house if you tried to run." I couldn't see his face due to the hood, but I knew he had a smug look.

Death walked in past the creature, who held the door open for me, but I refused to move. Suddenly, my legs started moving, and I scrambled after Death.

"Oh yeah I forgot, I also placed a spell on you. Now I can give you a command in my head and you'll do it with no hesitation!"

"I hate you." I sneered.

Death gasped and placed a hand over his 'heart',"Aaaawwwww..."

He then pushed open two double doors, where a grand living room sat. It was really nice, with dark leather chairs and a large fireplace. I was too busy gawking at the beautiful room to notice that "Slendy" had teleported into the room. Death took off his black robe and dropped it over the creature's arm. The back of his head had a ponytail high on his head, holding most of his pink hair. Death whispered some things to Slendy and turned to me. I snorted.

He had Day of the Dead face paint on, pink bangs framing his handsome face, and turquoise blue eyes. He had strong, defined cheek bones and a nose to match. Under that robe he wore a dark gray dress shirt that was unbuttoned at the top, showing a little bit of his chest, and the sleeves rolled up to the elbows.

"What?" he asked, raising a black eye brow.

"N-Nothing."

He walked closer and held out his arms,"Come here."

I didn't move, giving him a skeptic look. He motioned me to come, but I still wouldn't move. He narrowed his eyes and suddenly, my legs lurched forward and I fell into his arms. Was he this warm before?

"That's better." he smirked, nuzzling the crook of my neck. My face heated when I caught a whiff of his after shave.

I struggled against him,"Le-Let-"

Without warning, my whole body froze, I couldn't move or speak. Death leaned into my ear and said,"You're going to obey me. And never struggle when I hold you, or I'll let Slenderman swallow you whole."

When I could move, I gripped his shirt, shaking in fear. I didn't look into his eyes, I didn't want him  to see me scared.

"Look at me." he said.

At Death's voice, my head turned, and my golden eyes met his turquoise ones. He smiled.

"Your eyes are beautiful." he said, staring into my eyes a little longer, then he kissed my forehead and let me go,"Now come on, I'll give you a tour."

My legs followed him, still confused at what just happened back there...
