[NOW FOR THE MOMENT ALL OF YOU WERE PRAYING WOULD NEVER HAPPEN]
Brad:
You had been with Brad and his gang for about a week now. It was hard to tell since the day and night cycles were fucked up beyond belief.
You were walking when you spotted a fire pit to rest by. The last battle had you a little worse for wear, too. Not to mention you didn't know how long you had been walking for either.
When Terry spotted the fire pit, he instantly ran for it. You don't think you've ever seen Terry move so fast, or be so happy to see something. Besides the few hours the group got split up and were reunited again.
Olan chuckled, "I guess we have no choice but to rest."
He had already sat down next to Terry to Drink. Nern followed along, telling more stories of his dead wife or whatever came to mind. You swore to yourself to buy him a journal so he could 'document' these things. Basically you just wanted him to shut up, but to do it the nice way.
You and Brad were the only two just standing there (like fucking idiots). So you decided to go sit down by the fire pit with them. Brad of course didn't say a word as he sat down.
You wondered what he was thinking. He never seemed to open up much about stuff. Even Olan started talking after a few drinks. Nern and Terry had no problem going on and on about themselves. You even said some very vague things about yourself, but he always remained silent.
Most of the time if you asked him a question about himself, he'd shrug and leave it at that. You wondered why he decided to bring people with him if he didn't want to tell them what they were even going after.
You decided to wasn't important quite yet. That it would be revealed sooner or later who he was looking for. But at the time, in your tired state, you decided to roll over and dose off.
Terry:
You all were resting in a cave, chatting about this and that. It was mainly you and Terry since Brad didn't seem to say a lot.
Terry was very chipper but you could tell he had some abandonment issues and self esteem issues that he'd cover up with a thick layer of confidence. (Look at me all snazzy and using metaphors and shit. 420 WORD COUNT RIGHT AFTER THAT SENTENCE.)
Still, you enjoyed being around Terry. He was nice, and caring. You felt like you could become fast friends. And you did. You thought it was good that you decided to go along. (I use the word decide and decided a lot.) Since Terry probably would have gotten on Brad's nerves by talking so much, and Terry probably think Brad didn't care for him by not responding to Terry.
In short, Terry was a lap dog with over confidence and Brad was a bear that surrounded himself with people although he hates it. That was your run down of it at least.
Olan:
You began to frequent the bar more often. With all that's been happening, very little people remained where you were. El Rage and Olan remained, though.
You knew Olan stayed for the liquor and he rarely got cut off by the bartender. You wondered how that man stayed supplied with so much alcohol. And you had no idea what El Rage stayed for.
But this time El Rage wasn't there. He was gone. You decided not to ask since people left all the time. So besides you and the people in the bar, there was practically no one. You felt isolated. So, you began to go to the bar more and more to combat this isolated feeling since there was always a few people there.
"Hey, Y/C/N," you heard the bartender greet.
"Hey," was all you said in reply as you sat down at the bar and ordered a drink.
You had become close friends with Olan. Most of the time you guys just sat in comfortable silence. You had a few inside jokes that wouldn't be funny to anyone who didn't understand it. Like Pineneedle for example.
You found out that Olan used to have a wife and kids. Daughters to be exact. He was a vacuum sales man. (I'm doing this off of memory since I read all of the character pages like three times each four months ago fight me.)
The only thing he said was that he wished he had spent a little more time with them, but he didn't seem too regretful. You told him about things from your life before the flash as well. Besides things that would give away your true identity.
You were glad you got to talk to him and become friends with him.
Nern:
You had traveled with them a few days. You realized a dynamic. The two quiet ones, Buckets and Brad, would sit helplessly as the two loud chatter boxes, Terry and Nern, went on and on and on and on.
It was funny at first, but when you found yourself caught in the middle of both sides, it become real old real quick. You sighed as Terry and Nern shot back and forth topic after topic after topic. It was hard to keep up with what both of them were saying, but since you were more social then the two quiet ones, you wanted to be part of the conversation.
When you were one on one with Nern, it wasn't that bad. He would usually talk to you. You could barely get a word in, but his voice was a lot more calm then Terry's, so it wasn't as hyperactive. You became closer with Terry and Nern after you learned how to keep up with their fast paced conversations.
Rando/Dustin:
You hadn't seen him for a while after the first time you had met him. You decided to leave where you were staying. There wasn't much to stay for.
People were either leaving to find something new, find the girl, or just for the sake of leaving.
You packed up what little you had in a small bag. You looked around the vacant cave that you had previously used as a shelter. Even though it was not as nice as your previous house, you still got attached to the place.
The night Rando's men cornered you flashed through your mind. The world wasn't safe anymore. You had convinced yourself it wasn't that bad, but it was. You had to leave. And you had to keep moving. If you stayed in one place for too long, someone else would do the exact thing as Rando's men.
Locals are always easier to terrorize. That's what you thought at least. It showed to be true most of the time.
Little did you know that by leaving, you would repeatedly run into Rando again and again. Even forming a little friendship with him along the way.
Buzzo/Bernard:
You continued to see him everywhere. It wasn't that difficult since you did make yourself residency in the area. You traveled around the same area, but never really left. You'd always be a five minute walk away from the place you started.
You sighed when you heard the familiar whistling coming up from behind you. You whirled around to see Buzzo. You rolled your eyes.
You turned around to continue walking. You expected him to prevent you from walking, but he didn't. Although you did hear his footsteps behind you as he continued to whistle.
You gave up and turned around to face him. He stopped whistling, and have you a wide grin. You couldn't see his eyes since at the time his helmet shadowed the upper half of his face.
"Can I help you?" You asked, irritated.
"No," he shook his head, his grin turning into only a slight amused smirk.
He faked thinking, tapping his chin with his index finger before looking back at you, "No."
You only grumbled before turning around and walking. This time he didn't seem to have followed you.
