| Chapter 2: Inevitable Endings |

Park Mira- Junkyu’s infamous girlfriend.

There was everything wrong with this pair. No one doubted that they were simply two kids set up together by their parents as a sign of business partnership.

Per usual, she walked up to Junkyu and sat beside him, making sure to flaunt her expensive outfit and envied figure. As beautiful as she was, she was the definition of a spoilt over-pampered rich kid. Hated by almost everyone, and the real life antagonist of many people’s life stories, she was a complete mismatch for Junkyu. She was notorious for her cruel personality and disapproving behaviour. A feared and despised person in school, it was a matter of disgrace as to how a good, well loved person like Junkyu got stuck with her, even to Junkyu himself.

“Mashi, no matter how many times I say this, Junkyu doesn’t deserve that girl.” Ryujin commented rather sympathetically. “It must be a difficult situation, else Jun wouldn’t be tolerating her ass for so long. Everyone knows Jun isn’t interested in this relationship.”

Mashiho nodded his head. “I won’t deny that Junkyu deserves better.”

“Ryujin!” A familiar voice beckoned from behind. Park Mira.

“This witch sure loves me or something.” Ryujin whispered under her breath, annoyed at how Mira loves to pick on her on a daily basis.

“Ryujin. We talked about this before. You’re not gonna let her push you around. Stand up to her like you always do. She picks on you because you’re not an easy target.” Mashiho whispered back at her with a firm stand.

Ryujin nodded and took in a deep breath.

“Ryujin!” Mira called out again, adding a little more threat to her voice.

Ryujin exhaled loudly and slowly turned to face Mira behind her.

“What?” Ryujin asked, looking at her straight in the eye.

“What do you mean ‘what’? Come here.” Mira ordered, waving at her lazily.

Ryujin took a breath. “And for what exactly?”

A little surprised, Mira straightened up and scanned Ryujin from head to toe. She eased back to her chair and scoffed.

“Yah! What’s gotten over you? You seem to forget where your place stands-”

“My place?” Ryujin cut her, confidence building up in her, “You’re no one to talk about places. Stop believing you’re above everyone else.”

Mira struggled to keep a calm face. She shot up of her seat and slowly walked towards her top rival.

“What if I do?” she challenged with a smirk. “I have everything you don’t have.”

Ryujin laughed. “Oh yeah. You’re absolutely right. I sure don’t have an ego my head can’t carry, I don’t have a shitty personality, people’s hate-”

“Ryujin-”

“That’s enough.” Mashiho decided it was time to stop them before things turned dirty. He saw that Junkyu had stood up from his seat as well and was about to say something. He focused on the girls and gave both of them a warning look.
