And so this new aide of mine has started staying in our residence. I must admire that he is well rounded in the house hold duties. I did not order him to do anything as of yet but he insist that it is his job(?), however he would like to call it.
Come to think of it, I haven't asked for his name yet. I got the chance to when it was time for supper.
"Forgive me for being rude but I haven't got your name yet." I said.
The lad looked at me for a moment before he sighed. Is there something idiotic in my question, I thought.
"My name is Aide and you can call me Aide." He said.
Well that's some plain answer.
"That's pretty straightforward but alright." Come to think of it, I haven't introduce myself either. Not that it's necessary being one of the masters of this house, but for courtesies sake.
"My name is Eliza Von Canbareth. You may address me as Eliza." I said.
Aide nodded showing he understood.
"By the way..." I continued.
"Is it necessary of you to keep that?" I asked.
"What is? Miss Eliza."
"Those pointy ears." I said. Not that it has bothered me to such extent of evident distraction but there's no need to treat me as a child when my mental capacity can be considered an adult.
"If it bothers you, then I will hide it." Aide said.
Just as I thought that he would put those away... he really did. The pointy ears disappeared and was replaced by normal looking ones.
