Clarke fell as well and Finn rushed to catch her.

"Finn, don't touch her!" Raven shouted.

"Hey, let me go. I'm okay." Clarke tried to free herself.

"No, you're not." He told her.

"Octavia will come back with a cure." Clarke tried to reason him.

"There is no cure... But the Grounders don't use the sickness to kill." The Blake girl said as she came running in.

"Really? Tell that to them. I warned you about seeing that Grounder again." Bellamy said still carrying Daenerys.

"Yeah? Well, I have a warning for you, too. The Grounders are coming... and they're attacking at first light." Seeing Finn and Clarke she helped them. "Come on. I'll help you get Clarke into the dropship."

"Here. Come on. She can take mine." Murphy offered his place to Clarke.

"What else did Lincoln tell you?" Finn asked Octavia.

"The virus doesn't last long."

"It's true. I feel better." Murphy added, though glancing from time to time at Daenerys.

"They need to stay hydrated." Clarke told them.

"You need to stay hydrated." Finn added worries filling his eyes.

"Okay. Them, too. Please?" Clarke whispered.

On the other side of the drop ship, Bellamy was helping Daenerys who was violently coughing blood. She was having a terrible fever too making her delirious. He laid her down again and with wet cloth, t rued to cool her down.

"John...." She whispered, but only Bellamy could hear. "John, you know...you know about... Margeary, my...sister and... my mother" She struggled to say. Well, I don't want to hate...Bellamy..." he leant closer to hear what she said. "But the day of the dance that....that was interrupted by a solar flares alert, we were there, and my mom...my...my mom was on her way, managing to get my sister....away, when a boy, arrested them to cover for his...sisrer, Octavia. "
Bellamy's head fell on her hand. He had done that. He had killed her sister and mother to save Octavia. He was the cause, to her, of what he had always been avoiding for his sister.

"But...before- before my father died, he told me not to hate the boy... I forgave him...I truely...sincerely...did. I...I care about him, John. But I care a lot about you too." She said taking Bellamy's hand and squeezing it, in spite of her diminished strength.

Bellamy squeezed back. He felt so sorry, so guilty. He had to make up for it in any possible way. First, he had to save her to make sure he could apologies.... "go to sleep. " He told her softly.

"Yes, Bell...." She whispered. What? She knew it was him? She was delirious. Though he loved it when she called him Bell, he wanted her to call him that again, but seeing her falling asleep, he left to make sure the wall was being built. Hey had to find a strategy. As he was sending people to their posts, Octavia came to him.

"What is it?" He asked distractively.

"It's Daenerys." His head turned to his sister. And he followed her inside. Daenerys' breathing was uneven and raspy. She was as white as ever. He looked terrified.

"O, please, you have to save her."

"No..." Daenerys breathed. "Sa-ave your-selves..."

"No! "Bellamy cut holding her hand. "I won't let you die."

She smiled weakly and shook her head. "Bellamy, your people...are waiting...." She hissed painfully.

"Bell, she's right." Octavia said and Bellamy, glancing at her again, left.

Octavia sat beside Daenerys and stroke her hand. "You have to fight the fever. My brother will never forgive himself if you don't make it."

Daenerys shook her head, but winced in pain. "He will only feel bad...for one less warrior..."

"That's not true, he cares about you."

"Sure..." Her whisper was inaudible. She closed her eyes and lost consciousness. Octavia shook her, searching for a pulse, but her heart was so slow, she panicked.

"Daenerys! Daenerys! Wake up! Please, wake up! " But the girl wasn't moving and blood streamed from her nose. "C'mon, wake up. Open your eyes. Breath! Please! Clarke!! Come quickly"

Clarke rushed in and knelt by Daenerys. "No, no, no, no. Not now, Daenerys. You've got to wake up. She's still breathing, but barely. Help me get her on her side and get cold water."

Octavia rushed outside to get water. She helped Clarke and Daenerys began to cough. Suddenly, she threw up a lot of blood, after what she opened her eyes and breathed heavily. "Thanks, Clarke..." Daenerys uttered.

Both Octavia and Clarke sighed in relief. "I...I thought you were dead." Octavia sighed. "I'm okay. " Daenerys reassured her. She squeezed her hand and sat up.

"You gave us such a fright! Clarke told her. "Just get better. " She said before leaving. Octavia had to go to her brother. She managed to get up, gathering her strength and left the drop ship. She felt like she has been in there for ages...

She walked to the smoke house where Murphy was. When he saw her he walked out of the smoke house.
"H-how are you?" He asked.

"I'm fine. " she whispered, trying to calm his guilt.

"I'm so sorry, I brought this virus here, I mean I only thought of running away, so-"

He couldn't finish, for Daenerys had cut him off with a kiss. Murphy hugged her tight making her giggle.

"C'mon, we've got to get this thing going." She said, entering the smoke house.

"Whoa, hang on, you're not working." Murphy told her.

"It's fine. I'm good." He nodded and they all worked together.

"Let's get this party smoking." Del said throwing mass of wood in the fire.

"You don't want the fire too big. So maybe just try to knock it down with some wet leaves." Octavia told him.

"You get that from your boyfriend, Grounder pounder?" He provoked.

"Shut up, Del." Daenerys cut.

"She's right. A hot fire is not gonna preserve the meat as well." Murphy joined Octavia.

"You can't take the heat, get out of the smokehouse. Should be kissing our asses for being allowed back in this camp. Just keep working." Del said.

"If you wanna keep your head on those shoulders of yours, you'd better shut your trap." Daenerys said sharply, getting a glare from Del and a thankful look from Murphy.

"Your brother couldn't get you a better job? Would think anything would be better than working in the meat furnace." Murphy told Octavia.

"Oh, probably. That just means someone else would have to do it." She replied.

Suddenly, Del threw lots of wood and the smoke house caught fire. Daenerys pushed Del and Murphy out and caught Octavia, pushing her out as well. She was surrounded by flames. She looked around as the smoke choked her. It was strange how the smoke was hurting her but she could take the heat and the flames...

Thinking of John, she finally jumped through the flames but they didn't affect her. She landed on the floor and coughed, taking a few seconds to catch her breath. Just then did the screams and shouts reach her ears. Bellamy and Murphy were shouting her name. She stood up and walked around the crumbling smoke house to their side. Stumbling a little, Murphy caught her and held her steady before checking her for burns or else. "You can't do that! I was so scared! " Murphy scolded cupping her face.

"Sorry."

"She's just too good, huh? Always wants to save others before herself." Bellamy added for himself.
