A/N Oooof, another friend of mine is in here too. Time to yeet his name out. Say hello to Angelo. Also we were huge Hamilton fans at the time, bewarb.
1 HOUR LATER
AFTERQuiet.
Nothing, but the sound of the road rolling underneath the ever infamous Winchester Impala resounded through the car.
Dean's pensive green eyes remained steady on the road, for once he didn't have anything to say. He didn't even put the radio on which was an immediate tell that something was up. He would've, but he was sure that a certain brown haired girl in the backseat would like to explain what exactly just happened to her friends.
Sam drummed his fingers against his leg, his gaze searching for something, anything to get rid of the somewhat awkward tension in the air. He too wanted to speak up and say something because he understood what it was like to be dragged into the world of the supernatural, kicking and struggling.
Squeezed together in the backseat, Lily, Angelo, and Cleo sat wordlessly with Angelo squished not-so-comfortably in the middle.
Lily's thoughts were in a flurry, each one coming and going faster than she could process them and it was slowly driving her insane. How exactly was she going to tell the two beside her that "About every monster you've ever heard of is real, and your entire life is a lie. But hey! At least you know why I never talk about the other side of my family!"
She shook her head at the thought, bringing up her hand to rub her temple. This was going to be difficult.
Meanwhile, the bespectacled boy was internally freaking out. He seemed perfectly fine on the outside, he even had a little smile on his face. But inside Ange headquarters upstairs, he was losing his shit. He'd just seen a- he didn't even know what it was, try and kill his friend! He wasn't exactly all kumbaya at the moment.
Now the brown skinned mess of a human beside him was a whole new cup of tea. She looked like she'd been through the hell and back, which to everyone who knew what happened wasn't that far off.
Her thick, black hair stuck up in odd places, out of what once might have been a neat ponytail. Blades of grasses and dirt dusted her clothes, a frying pan which she'd refused to leave behind hanging loosely in her hand. Her onyx eyes were solely trained on the air in front of her, glued into a face of shock that might've been funny under different circumstances.
What was running through her head at the moment, nobody could really tell, and the trio was a bit too shocked themselves to ask.
When Sam and Dean said they were taking them somewhere safer, they didn't really no where they were headed, but they were a bit eager to leave after one of their numbers nearly kicked the bucket.
