Personality
Noe is very sweet and sorta shy, but can be extremely outgoing when you get to know him. However, he's like Kenji in a way. He wants people to be honest, with the truth and themselves. You know? Noe can be your friend or foe, it's your choice. At times, he's very stubborn and will not let anything go unless the person who made him offended apologizes without being pissed. Noe sometimes gets made fun of by the private investigators because he's weak in a way. His emotions can be problematic.

Likes
Noe likes Dazai, Kenji, Atsu, pretty much all the good guys. Even though I haven't watched season two, Noe will definitely like Poe the most out of them all. He just finds the male so adorable, even though he's pretty sure Poe would never top him. Only in his vivid fantasies that occur at the worst times.

Dislikes
Noe doesn't really not like much, except for Akutagawa and the gang. However, he wants the male to know he's the person to give them mercy. He was actually caught by them one time, like Atsu did before. Noe literally kinda made Akutagawa a bit confused because he was scaringly calm. Until he used his flute, and he wasn't having anything to do with the bad guy.

Ability
Noes ability is called
'Purity of Song and Mercy'.
This ability means that he can summon a flute, playing it in a very relaxing sort of tune which puts most of his enemies in a trance so the others can capture them. The mercy in the name is that he never harms anyone... Sorta. He will show mercy as he doesn't like violence, but will not be afraid to kill if necessary. Noe only shows mercy for sixty seconds.

Background/Backstory
Noe was always loved in his family, his pretty rich family. They weren't snobby and such, but they didn't let anyone touch Noe. However, he was outside in his garden one day and got kidnapped for ransom. His parents never came to his rescue. Noe didn't know he had this ability to him, but he was very stressed out and wasn't going to take much more after two days of suffering. His ability came to him and the flute he plays floated down to him, Noe blowing into it. The people who held him captive ended up untying the male as he played. Once he was untied, he jumped away and the flute stopped floating. He caught it in his hands, before being rushed by the people holding him captive. His fight or flight kicked in and he used his flute to fight back before the private agents came. Not wanting to seem like the bad guy at all, he dropped his flute and the flute dispersed as soon as it hit the ground. Soon, he was hurried out of the situation by Atsu who was panicking since he was still a rookie. When he was safe, he had to watch the bad guys get shot at hundreds of times until they died. This is when his harmony power turned into mercy as well, tears streaming down his face. Not even these people deserved people killed. Well, that's what he thought.
