Leaving for magcon

*skip to the day they leave for Miami*

Olivia's POV
I woke up to my alarm clock knowing what today is. My alarm was set for 5AM, and I jump out of bed no matter how early it is. I unplug my charger and put it in one of my bags. I immediately get texts from everyone.

Hayes: "get ready babe, we leave at 6:00 :)"

Carter: "hey Olivia! Can't wait to see you all at the airport in an hour!"

Shawn sent a group message to everyone who was gonna be there. Like, EVERYONE. I saw some contacts as people I never heard of. Who is Mahogany and Aaron Carpenter? Guess I'll find out later.

*5:30AM*

As I finish getting ready, I put my hair in a side braid with natural makeup. I wear some leggings with a hoodie and vans. Kinda like my everyday routine. I text Hayes telling him I'm ready and I'll be at his house soon. I want to tell my mom bye because I won't see her for a while. I walk into her pitch black room an try not to trip over anything. "Olivia?" I heard her voice. "I have to go now mom I love you so much and I'll miss you". She turns on the lamp so we can see each other. "Please stop growing up so fast" she put her hand over her heart and used the other one to tuck a piece of hair behind my ear. "I'm gonna miss you so much baby" he hugged me. "Okay well I don't want to be late" I pulled away from her. "Okay. Bye honey" she kissed my forehead. "Bye mom" I walked out of her room. I brought my two, rolling suitcases along and I rode my penny board to Hayes' house. The sun was coming up and it looked so pretty.

As I rode on the penny board with the suitcases rolling behind me, I saw two familiar people. I try not to look obvious but it didn't really work.

"I understand Matt, I guess we're just not right for each other" they said. "Jenna" I whispered. "Thanks for understanding, but I have to go now. Bye" Matt walked away. Jenna went the opposite direction and I tried to skate up with Matt. "Hey Matt" I said. He turned around, noticing me behind him. I couldn't really stop the penny board because it was moving so fast. As I rolled towards him, he grabbed me in a hug and I stopped moving. "Thanks" I smile into his chest. "No problem, let's walk together" he pulled away. I carried all of my stuff and we walked until we got to Hayes' yard. There were quite a few cars parked with luggage all in them. "So who are you gonna ride with?" Matt asks me. "Probably in Nash's truck" I looked forward. "Okay" he said.

I put my stuff in Nash's car and we all get settled. In the car I'm in, is Nash,Cameron,Hayes,Carter and I. It was crowded but worth it. I get to go Miami with nice beaches and I'm so excited.

"We have about 5 minutes left until we get there" Nash's eyes lock on the road. "Finally" we all say in relief. I rest my head in Hayes' shoulder and he rests his on top of mine. "So I told Madison about magcon and she said she might go the first night" carter said. Mine and Hayes' heads shot up at the mention of her name. "Really?" Hayes asked. "Most likely. Why? You don't like her?" Carter glares at Hayes. "No wait I mean yeah no um" he scratched the back of his head. "Okay..." Carter turned away towards the window.

AN: so that's a short chapter but I mean it's a good one right? Okay no. I'm tired and I just wanted to keep y'all updated so you don't leave me because I'm a living human bean and I'm so tired rn I don't even know what I just said. If I don't make sense just know that I'm tired. Oh btw did I tell you I'm tired? Wow I'm pretty sure my authors note is longer than this chapter...
