I woke up feeling dizzy, as I walked over to my closet. I grabbed my favorite sweater and changed my clothing, once done, I ran downstairs, ate, brushed my teeth and started out the door.
My mother stopped me for a hug "Kara" my mom said softly "have a good day." then she wrapped her arms around me and opened the door.

I was heading to my first day of grade 11. Today was the day I made things right with my sister. On my way to the classroom I saw her -my sister- walking down the hall, I walked over to her. My friend walked up from behind me, I gasped as she grabbed my arm and turned me around. She laughed " Kaylee!" I said annoyed at her, "what" she responded in a high, tantalizing voice. I looked back for my sister "gone" I spoke sadly with a sigh "who's gone?" Kaylee asked. I turned back around, a sad expression on my face. "My sister" I sighed slightly "oh" Kaylee paused to hug me " I'm so sorry. I know it's been hard, but maybe she should apologize to you?" I looked at her with tired eyes "maybe." I hugged her and tears ran down my face.

We walked through the hall, to the first class, history. I said goodbye to Kaylee and went in. I sat at a desk in the middle of the room, another person came in and sat beside me. I couldn't see their face because of their large blue hood, the same vibrant shade as my own. The teacher walked in and introduced herself to the class. "My name is Mrs. Blandard, I'll be your history teacher this semester." she said.

The teacher took the attendants, the person in the hood was hesitant to raise her hand when the teacher called out for Mini Lopez. My twin sister. She took off her hood slowly to look at me, her long dark hair and sparkly blue eyes shone brightly in the light illuminating from the window. I felt my head getting hot and through my eyes I saw black spots. What felt like moments later I awoke laying on a hospital bed.

I felt an excruciating pain in the back of my head and my arm as if I'd fell. The doctor then walked in my hospital room with a cup of water in one hand and a pill in the other "how are you feeling?" he asked politely. "well " I paused to sigh " I have no clue what happened. But other than that, I do have a killer pain in my head... and arm. Do you know what happened?"

The doctor looked at me "you had a peculiar through force of circumstances" he stopped and held out his hands. "You now have to take these pills because you've been fainting. That's why you're here. I believe this is the third time?" I took the pill and water from his hands "yes doctor..." I started "Dr Leey" he introduced himself. "Thank you Dr Leey" I thanked him as he left.

I sat alone in my room nothing to do, nowhere to go. So I just sat alone in my room as my eyes slowly closed, putting me into a dreamingly sleep.

The next day I woke up, my mother by my side. "Good morning, sunshine." she greeted me, then gave my a pill "hey mom" I said in a drowsy voice. My mother stood up "would you like something from the cafeteria." she asked. I sat up in my hospital bed. "Sure." I responded "I'll have a everything bagel with plain cheese, an egg salad sandwich, apple juice and chocolate muffin." my mother looked at me in surprise. "You barely ever eat like that." she grabbed her wallet out of her purse, and got out $50. I looked at her with curious eyes, "your brother and sister are downstairs waiting for me. They might want something." my mother put her wallet back in her purse, then headed out the door.

There was silence in the room once again. I decided I would get up for a walk around the hospital. Walking around the hospital I bumped into a boy. He was about my age, maybe a year older, "sorry' I apologized to him. "My apologies." he spoke in a meretricious english accent. We talked for a bit about why we were in the hospital and a little bit about our family. By the time we got to my room my mom was back with my siblings. "How long have you been waiting here?" I asked feeling scared of the response. "We just got here as you walked in. as you can see I am still holding  the food." I rushed to help my mother with the packages. My siblings were being querulous. "I wanna go!" Mini complained, as my brother perked up "me too!" he shouted.
