Chapter 3 | Confession

Sam's POV

Colby and I have gone out to eat at some fancy breakfast place. I'm not sure about the name of this place but it definitely has some good food. I ordered a breakfast quesadilla and a mango smoothie bowl. Colby got a breakfast omelet and a blueberry smoothie bowl. For our drinks we got earl grey tea served in cute little cups with interesting designs.

Once our food arrived we began to dig in. This is the best time in my life as of right now. Eating breakfast with your crus-.....I mean Bestfriend..!!! Ughh Sam just accept it. You love your bestfriend, Colby. We should just get our emotions out to him and get the rejection. It shouldn't hurt that much, right? My thoughts got interrupted when a soft voice said my name. I look up and see Colby looking at me with his soft and beautiful blue eyes. I blushed lightly at the sight in front of me. How beautiful....

"Sam, are you okay?" Colby asked looking at me a bit worried and confused.

"Oh, yes Colby! Sorry I spaced out in my thoughts.." I smiled gently and pushed some hair out of the way from my eyes.

"Ah, I could tell. Are you ready to go?" He asked and chuckled lightly. I nodded my head and we left. I promise you we left a tip and paid our bill. We got into the car and he started to drive somewhere other than home. I was confused on where we going but I started to feel a bit sleepy after reading some Solby fanfiction for a video. I closed my eyes and drifted off to dream land.

Colbys POV

We ate our breakfast and now I'm taking Sam the beach. I wanted to do something that I finally have the confidence to do. I wanted to ask him out. I'm surprised I'm finally doing this...I hope he feels the same way.

I smiled while driving and we stopped at a red light. I look over at Sam who was reading fanfiction. I know we had a video idea of acting out Solby fan fiction so I'm sure that he's looking for a few stories. He turned  off his phone and went off to sleep. The light turned green and our journey continued.

Once we were close to the beach I pulled off to the side of the road. Sam poked his head up and looked at the area we were in, then me. "Colby why are we on the side of the road?" His blue eyes had a bit of fear and confusion in them...poor boy.

"I need you to put this blindfold on. Once you do, don't worry about getting out of the car and stuff like that. I will help you out" I said happily, smiling.

"Mm..alright- but this better not be a prank..." He said and put the blindfold on. I helped him tie it.

"I promise Sam, it's not a prank" I said softly and went back to driving. I pulled into the parking lot of the beach and turned off the car.

"We're here, Sammy"

Sam's POV

"We're here, Sammy" I heard Colby say in his normal soft tone and I smiled. "Yay-!"

Colby got out the car and grabbed something from the trunk. I'm not sure what he grabbed but I guess we'll find out. I felt my car door open and someone pick me up. They held me bridal style and walked somewhere. They put me down and I heard Colby say "Take your blindfold off Sammy!"

I did as I was told and I saw we were at the beach. It was peaceful... quite peaceful. I saw Colby in front of me holding roses and a Panda and Koala plushie. I smiled a bit and continued to look at Colby.

"I know this may be weird Sammy and honestly it is for me. Anyways I've been thinking and I finally got the confidence to ask someone out. They are beautiful in many ways inside and out. They have pretty blue eyes and blonde hair. They've been my bestfriend since high school and I love them for that. That person is...you Sammy! I love you and I want to ask you...will you be my boyfriend?"

Colbys POV

"Will you be my boyfriend?" I asked shyly, blushing intensely. Sam's eyes lit up quickly and he got up hugging me. I dropped the roses and plushies and hugged him back. He buried his head into the side of my neck and said his answer softly, "I thought you'd never ask"

I smiled happily and gently pulled his head up. He looked at me, smiling happily. I pulled him close to me and lightly connected our lips. We kissed each other passionately for a while and pulled away for air. "I love you Sammy!"

"I love you too, Colbear!"

We got to the house and I took Sam to my room. I layed him down and pinned him to the bed. Before I did anything I looked at him, "Are you okay with this Sammy?" He nodded, smiling.

Colby got on top of Sam and kissed him roughly but passionately. Sam, kissing back and blushing, started to pull Colby's shirt up. Colby pulled away and took his shirt off for Sam.
