Chapter 1: Girl Meets Boy

Y/n's P.O.V

My mom knows that I think the Philippines are so beautiful and that I've always wanted to go there, so recently she got me PLANE TICKETS FOR ME, MY DAD, AND HER TO GO! Luckily it's summer break so we get 3 MONTHS THERE! We packed a week in advance and today we are getting on the plane. We just arrived at the gate. "I'm so excited!"I tell her.

"I know honey."She says during a laugh.

"What should we do when we get there?"I ask my dad.

"Well when we get there, we'll walk around see what's there and if we don't find anything, we'll search Google to see where there are things to do."My dad explains. I nod and we get called to board.

~Time skippie to when they get off the plane and start exploring~

I'm so excited and it's so beautiful! I start twirling with excitement. My mom and dad laugh. I stop and keep walking with a huge smile on my face. We were in Davao city and it was so pretty here! I spin again once and then run smack into someone. We both fall down and we are also both holding our heads, I quickly realize it's my fault and ask them,

"Are you okay!? Sorry! I didn't mean to run into you!"The guy looks at me and I take in his features, clothing, etc., he was wearing a short-sleeved shirt with little aliens all over it, he had jeans that had a couple rips on the thighs and one on the knee, he had leather vans that were blue and a grey translucent for the bottom, he had long black hair, very dark brown eyes, I'm practically guessing when I say he's probably from here and has an "accent" cause he had to learn English.

"Yeah I'm okay, don't worry about it. Are you?"He asks getting up and dusting himself off and I do the same. I finish dusting my self off and say,

"Yeah I'm fine. Once again I'm really sorry. I wasn't watching where I was going!"I explain. He laughs and shakes it off,

"It's really okay."I smile and put out my hand,

"I'm Y/n L/n."He smiles back and shakes my hand,

"I'm Keifer Sanchez. I'm guessing you aren't from here, you're very excited."He laughs. I laugh too and say,

"Yeah I've always wanted to come here. It's just so pretty here, "I look to my side and see mine and his parents talking together, leaving me and Keifer by our lonesome, "Looks like our parents met."I laugh and he looks over.

"Yeah haha. Do you guys need help? Since you guys are new here, maybe me and my parents could show you around a bit, if that's okay with you."I smile and say,

"I think I speak for my parents also when I say that would be lovely." We smile at each other. I look over to our parents and so does he. He looks back at me and makes a motion with his head to follow him. I follow him and he starts to talk,

"Ma, Pa, this is Y/n. I was wondering if we could show her and her parents around since they're new here."He smiles at me and I smile back.

"Of course we can."His mom smiles at me and my parents. Our parents exchange numbers and we were on our way through Davao City.

"Have you guys had breakfast yet?"Keifer turns and asks me.

"No. Why?"I ask.

"There is this restaurant just ahead, it's very good. Its called Davao Dencia's. It's very good!"He says enthusiastically.

"Okay, that does sound good. Let me ask my parents. Be right back."He nodded. I go to my parents who were behind us with Keifer's parents. "Hey mom, dad, Keifer mentioned this restaurant just a ways up from here. He said it's really good so I was wondering if we could go since we haven't eaten yet."I ask.
