Chapter 5: Hair

Y/n's P.O.V.
It was a few days after hanging out with all the boys. I wasn't able to hang out with any of them for a few days due to me and my parents going shopping. We got a couple things, just clothes and some souvenirs. It was fun but today I wanted to hang out with them again since I wasn't doing anything. I quickly changed into a shirt that has earth on it and a bunch of ufos beaming at it and it says 'please send help', ripped jeans, some grey chucks, a Panic!at The Disco rubber bracelet, and a necklace with the handbook for the recently deceased from Beetlejuice. I hope they aren't doing anything... I text Mackie first, Y/n-Hey Mackie! M-Hi! Y/n-I was wondering if you were doing anything today? M-Yeah I have to go get my hair cut later, sorry. But what are you doing? Y/n-Oh okay. I'm just watching a video. M-What video? Y/n-'What If The Amazing World Of Gumball Was An Anime'Its super good!

Y/n-That's Darwin! He is so cute and they made him so cute in anime form!!! M-Oh that's cool! Is it on Netflix or Hulu or something else? Y/n-Its on Hulu! It's really good! And you should watch the video too! M-I gotta go right now but I'll watch it later! Oh! And I actually just remembered that me, Francis, and Keifer are making another cover today! Maybe you could come watch that! Bye!❤️ Y/n-Definitely! Bye!❤️  I sigh and decide to text Francis  Y/n-Hi Francis!! F-Hi Y/n!!!
(A/n: I'm too lazy to write the rest of the conversation and he also mentions the cover as well✌🏻✌🏻)I huff. Francis was also busy. I look at Keifer's contact, he's my last hope. My potential hero, to save me from the evilness of boredom. (A/n: Also too lazy to write this conversation too but obviously he said he was free🤟🏻) I cheer cause I won't be bored all day. He said he was already ready so he was coming already. I go on my phone, to YouTube. I for some reason just wanna search up Mackie, Francis, and Keifer's band so I do. I loon through their covers and see one that I haven't watched yet. It was 'Dog Days Are Over'! That's one of my favorite songs. I tap on it and it's super good. The 'run fast for your mother, etc.'part is my favorite and that was part Keifer dang. Then, Keifer texted me saying he was here, speak of the devil, but then I had an idea and laughed. I told my parents he was downstairs and left out. I skipped to the part where Keifer sang and put my phone all the way up with ringer too. I saw him and when he saw me I lifted my phone above my head and played it. He put his head in his hands and starts laughing. I run to him and stop playing it, laughing as well. He was wearing a blue shirt with white shorts, his normal watch and rings, a bracelet, black and white checkered Vans, and his hair was down.

"Your outfit is so cute in this video. You look good in suspenders!"I tell him and he smiles, "Yeah I like that outfit too!"He says. We laugh and go into the hotel room and got to my room. He jumps on the bed and I laugh. I sit next to him and ask, "What do you want to do?"He looks at me and puts his finger on his chin to show he is thinking. "Watch YouTube?"He asks. I nod and grab my computer and open it. I put it my password and put on YouTube. "Do you like Bereghostgames?"I ask him, seeing they posted a new Dead By Daylight video. "Yeah!"He exclaims. "Finally someone who knows them! None of my other friends know them!"I say excitedly and hug him. He hugs back and says, "Of course! They might not be very popular but they are super funny!"He says. "I know! They are hilarious!"I say letting go. He lets go too and nods furiously. We were watching a bunch of The FGN Crews videos and I just started looking around for no reason while Keifer was still watching. My eyes search the room and land on his hair. "Can I braid your hair?"I ask out of the blue. "Sure."He says looking at me for a second. I smile and get up, grabbing one of my hair ties and my brush, then sit back down behind him. I grab his hair and do a quick brush through since it wasn't that tangled and then part it. His hair is super soft. I start braiding it and he just continues watching the videos. I smile as it looks really nice, I like to braid peoples hair. I finish and smile at the result, "I'm done!"I tell him. "Take a picture, I wanna see!"He says, handing me his phone. I slide the lock screen and open the camera. I lean back to take a picture. I take it and hand his phone back to him. "It looks really good!"He says. I give a close-eyed smile, "Thanks!"I open my eyes and he asks, "Can I do yours?"I nod and I move forward while he got off the bed to get another hair tie. He got back on the bed and got behind me. I quickly put on a song instead of the videos, I put on 'Sound In Color'by Gabriela Bee. He began to brush out the tangles in my hair as it played.

I feel there's something changing in real time

I feel his hands reaching the end of my hair. I wait till he says he's finished, lip-syncing to the lyrics. "Done!"He grabs his phone and takes a picture. He shows it to me and it looks really nice. "It's looks super nice Keifer! Thanks!"I tell him. I hesitate but quickly kiss his cheek. He was shocked at first, but then he smiled. We just laughed. I felt my face was pretty hot. We stopped laughing and just running around the room doing random things.
