The Beginning

Midoriya POV

[Them as kids]
As Kacchan ran in the direction of the abandoned construction site I started to get worried and stopped. Kacchan stopped and turned around to face me. "Why did you stop? You too scared? Chickening out?" Kacchan said mocking me with chicken noises. He  dared me to go in there with him. "N-no" I studdered continuing to follow Kacchan as he quickly picked up pace going into the restricted area.

This was the beginning of an apartment building. The construction workers had the structure finished and started with the stone supports. The project stopped due to money problems and it was just, forgotten.

Bakugo POV
"K-Kachan! Slow down!" I heard Izuku yell. I ignored him and sped up. As we got to the fence of the construction site, I stopped and started climbing the fence. As Izuku caught up he climbed it as well.
As we jumped from the top of the fence I ran again, into the starting of the building.

Midoriya POV
I was catching my breath as I saw Kachan run into the building. I ran after him. He started to use his quirk, shaking the unstable walls. "Kachan be careful. The walls ar-" Some of the ceiling was falling. It was right above Kachan! I ran and knocked Kachan out of the way getting hit by all of the rock, primarily hitting my head and eyes. I yelled out in pain, a waterfall of tears coming down my face. "Izuku!" I heard Kachan yell before I passed out.

Bakugo POV
"Izuku! Izuku!" I started to try and pull the rock off of him, but I was too weak. "I'm gonna get help!" I bolted back out of the building, over the fence and back to my house not stopping. As I got there my mother looked at me worried as I slammed the door open. "What's wrong sweety." She said running up to me. I tried to catch my breath and told her what happened. She picked me up and went door to Izuku's to tell his mother what happened. She started crying as we ran back to where I left him.
