Dear You,

They say once you enter a dream, the possibilities are endless, the impossible becomes possible, and your biggest dreams and desires becomes a reality. I remember the first day we met, there we're no sparks yet but as time passes by, I realized that you start to shine right before my eyes. Despite what I feel, I'm just one of the stars found in the sky, it's hard to get your attention unless I became the sun.

One day, just like a normal day for me but my eyes widened as I see your profile on my phone, that's where it all begun. In that very first conversation we shared, butterflies flipped and flapped. We continued chatting until our eyes fell asleep. Can you imagine how happy and excited I am as I open my eyes the next morning?

When you look into my eyes and smiles,

Can you see how much you drives me wild?

You're adorable and wonderful,

Incredible and unbelievable.

But as everyone says, every happiness comes before sadness. That's when I realized, you like someone else but as one of the passage in the bible says "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."

Everything was simple,

I realize I couldn't have you,

And I knew the reason why.

Either it's a love or a like, it doesn't always need to be returned. You'll be lucky if the one you like, likes you back and if not, then it's not meant to be.

As the sun begins to set,

Though it seems like that we've just met

But we've truly known each other for a while

Now even just a simple thought of you makes me smile

I include you to one of my impossible dreams, but I never stop dreaming about us being together, what would it feel like? Am I going to be happy in your arms? Would you take me to the movies? Would you walk me in the park? Or would you take me out to an amusement park and ride the Ferris wheel as we watch the fireworks lit up the sky?

Different kind of thoughts keep on entering my mind, what would it really be like to be with you?

Questions keep on adding up inside, and the answer is still unknown enough for me to think of. But one thing I assure myself of, I still like you despite everything that hurts as hell.
