"If anyone wants breakfast, get down here!", someone yelled from downstairs. I blinked rapidly, rubbing my eyes and sat up. I hadn't slept at all last night. I wouldn't have even known how to in a bed that big, it was massive. Especially without Luke in it. He said he wanted to give me some space, so he'd stay in his office for a few nights. I almost felt bad, until I kept being reminded of the fact that I was being held here against my will. Well. I was being kept here.
I don't see how I could sleep anyways. 'Oh yeah, I've been kidnapped by the dude I love with my entire fucking heart. And don't forget that my best friend is here! Now how about a good nights sleep?'. Yeah right. I couldn't stop thinking about how pissed off I was last night. Holly knew. She fucking knew. And she didn't tell me. About this place, about her boyfriend, about Luke.
The door opened and Luke popped his head in. "Are you hungry, Love?". I rolled my eyes and stood up. "Feel free to check your closet", he said in disappointment, no doubt from my reaction to seeing him. He shook his head and walked in, heading to the closet on the opposite wall. Which by the way, two walk in closets? Really?
I didn't stand up, I didn't really know what to do with him in the room. I sat there for a few minutes. And he came out of the closet with some clothes in his hand. And to my surprise, he was without a shirt. If you had been there, you would have been drooling. I even have to look away quickly, which only made him chuckle. "You should really learn how to put a shirt on, ya know". I stood up and walked over to my closet.
"I'm going to take a shower." I didn't respond. I flipped the light on to see the dazzling selection in front of me. The clothes were almost more beautiful than Luke. The pants were all my size. So were the shirts. Shoes were my exact weird size. My favorite types of things. Skinny jeans, sweatshirts, long sleeves, and windbreakers. Somehow, it all just made me think of how closely they had been watching me.

It took me a little bit of work to find my way to the bottom floor. The kitchen was in line of sight after you get down the stairs. This was my second time down here. This time there isn't a crown of people watching me, although everyone turned to see when I came down the stairs. It still gave me a chance to get a good look at everything. It was beautiful, really. It has a modern vibe. A few couches, which is understandable given the 8 people who live here. A huge TV was plastered in front of the couches. It was just a comfy sight.
The kitchen was quite a sight. An awfully grand dining table. Marble counter tops that were to die for. Sleek tile flooring. Girls staring at me, guys not giving a shit. And Holly shamefully looking down at her plate. I kinda just hovered. I didn't know what to do. I went to a bowl on he counter, which was full of fruit, and picked out the biggest apple. Everyone resumed to their breakfast. I was confused, really. I don't see why they're so interested in me.
After a few minutes, I sighed and hopped off of the counter. I started to walk out of the kitchen until I bumped into someone walking in. It was someone tall, and pretty buff. "I'm sorr" I started to mumble until I looked up and saw Luke. "Not staying for breakfast?" He asked and made me somehow feel guilty for leaving. I turned around and walked back to the table. There was a seat next to Josh, so I took the opportunity. "I told you guys she was going to love me" He said shrugging as he piled a spoonful of cereal into his mouth. Luke stood at the island in between the counters and the table. He leaned against it, rolling his sleeves up. He really was a sight for sore eyes. His hair was all crazy and in it's naturally curly state. He was wearing a damned formal outfit. Just not too formal I guess. "If it's okay with you guys, I'm going to cancel all of the meetings for today" He said and Josh nodded along with a few other guys. I rolled my eyes and slouched back. What meetings could they possibly have?
It felt like an eternity, although I'm sure it was only a few minutes, until everyone started to get up and leave. I decided it was alright if I did too. I was going to have a look around. He must have read my mind. "There's a pool out back, along with a patio.", Luke said turning to face me. "How about I go with you?". I didn't respond. I just turned around and started to walk out.
"Damn, someone's in a mood', said a voice that seemed smug. I turned around to see someone standing up from the table. Even from the angle he was at, I could see his chiseled jawline. "Excuse me?" I asked, not too loud, but with enough emotion to show I didn't care for that. Like laughed and crossed his arms. "All I'm saying is you've sorta been a bitch since you got here" he said shrugging. "Yoongi!...Stop it". My face whipped to see that it had been Holly who said that. "You've got to be kidding me" I mumbled and walked the rest of the way out.
Footsteps were behind me, and I knew it was Luke. "That's her boyfriend, huh?" I asked almost seeing red. "Mhm. He gets better the more you know him.". "Bullshit" I mumbled under my breath. I turned around sharply. "You don't have to follow me, ya know".

There were two people in the pool, although I didn't care. I was sitting at the patio, in a big cushiony chair. "It's a pretty good sight, huh?" Said a sorta familiar voice. I knew it was Josh when he came and sat next to me. "It would be better it I wasn't being kept here against my will".
He chuckled. "Are you saying that if he showed up to your door, you'd say 'sure let's go'?". I sighed and laid my head back. I turned to look at him. "Look, you and I both know that maybe this isn't too bad. We're a family here, we stick up for each other. And that dude really freaking loves you. It's not like this isn't a cool place. You don't have to worry about things here.". I looked away, looking up at the sky and taking in a deep breath. "I just think you should think about it." He said, and I could hear him get up. "Hey, Josh?" I called and sat up, turning to face him. He nodded. "When he cut me off, was it hard for him?". "Hard? It devastated him.". "Where is he?".
I was trudging through the halls, looking at everything. I was following Josh's instructions to Luke's Office. The door was shut, so I knocked softly. "Come in!".
When he was that it was me, he stood up quickly. "Hey!" I didn't respond, but I gotta nodded and gave him a half smile. That may have been the nicest I've been to him yet. I walked over to a seat in front of his desk and sat down. He sat down softly. "Uh c-.". "Don't say anything" I said softly.
"I sat around for months. I hoped you would come back." His expression dropped, and he looked down. "I loved you, Luke. I fucking loved you. I still do, there's no denying that.". I was trying my hardest not to cry. "All I wanted was to have you back... Here you are.." I paused, thinking of my next words. "This place seems amazing. Now. I'm not saying let's forget everything from before. I don't think either of us can forget those feelings. Those memories. What I am saying is...Let's pick up where we left off. At a very very slow rate?".
