We don't think Sebastian does really care about what his girlfriend or maybe his ex-girlfriend is doing with that misterious man. Two days ago he posted a pictures on his Instagram. The caption was saying "Finally free again..." and the comments were turned off.
If they really broke up, Levieva didn't need much time to process the potential break-up but it wasn't their first break-up so it's relatable. Stan and Levieva had an On-Off relationship for a few years. The reason why they broke up was often because Levieva cheated on Stan multiple times. The relationship of them seemed to be over when Stan started dating his co-star Amber Davis but Sebastian rediscovered his love for Margarita and got back together with her. We think that Levieva cheated on Stan again and they aren't together anymore.
