Luna is nice kind and shy but can pull her own weight when needed her devil fruit allows her to change into any animal, mythical, extinct creature, anything she wants, even a fish,(She dosn't develop this till after the time skip) she was born with the ability to control the elements. Her outfit it the sweater and scarf from the picture, plus black leggings with ankle high boots. The scarf is important to her because it was a gift from all three of her brothers.
