Beginnings

"Tell me why are we doing this again?" Jeongyeon mad voice roar into the basement practice room of JYPE.

Her closest friends; Nayeon, Jihyo, and Minyoung also fuming mad just like her about the news that they just heard. The four remaining girls in 6mix feels like the world had crashed into them about what the company has said. 

Mad is an understatement word, they are boiling of anger that they don't even know how to express it. Even Jeongyeon who's always angry about the world doesn't know how to show it that shouting is the only way now for her.

"This is just so unfair." Nayeon whispery hissed then continued, "it seems like the years of our hard work just put into waste after that announcement. They gave us the assurance, they gave us hoped even tho how many times they have delayed it but everything came boiling into this?" she cried.

"A complete bullshit." Jeongyeon can't help but cursed with their situation at the moment. 

6mix remaining members are having a hard time accepting the reality that JYPE just said to them how 6mix is not going to debut anymore. It's a slap in the girls' faces when the company said that they will do a survival show to pick the members of the new girl group that they are debuting. 6mix was supposed to be that girl group but because of some of the planned members keep leaving the company decided to renew everything for cleans slate. 

"They just have to find one person! one person to replace Lena unnie just like what they did to Cecilia who replaced by Sana. Why do they have to change the whole line up? We expected nothing from all those years." Jihyo complained trying not to break down. It's hard especially for her that's been a trainee almost 10 years now.

"And a survival? Really!? I cannot believe this! Now we are not even sure if we will debut as a whole." Minyoung worriedly stated.

The girls don't know what exactly to do really. It seems like they are already at the point of losing hope. 6mix felt betrayed for the following months already, with Lena and now this survival show where they need to compete for their spot. The girls feel like they are starting again from the bottom.

"This is completely and unbelievably ridiculous in so many ways!" Jeogyeon commented as she grabbed her bag to get out of the building.

She felt suffocated staying in the room, Jeongyeon needs to take a break from all of this. It's hard for her to stay in the room that reminding her of her hard work that has been wasted by the company.

She would never accept this, even the remaining four would never agree and back down. 6mix will need time before they could accept this news and process the news. Nayeon then followed her closest friend, she needed her support now more than ever.

The other trainees don't know how to feel about it because of they're scared of 6mix. Just a while ago 6mix was slightly glaring at them. Well, they understand what 6mix feel because the company have already promised them the debut, but it got stopped. But for them, this is also their chance to debut, and they felt happy about it, even tho they feel bad about the girls. They are also going to fight for their place.

The two close friends are at the Han River, strolling to get some air and rethink their life, choices, and decisions. They were holding each other's hand as they walk around in silence; Nayeon holding herself not to cry, while Jeongyeon thinking about one guy that could calm her but unfortunately he's already gone by her side.

Jeongie's eyes widen when her mind went thought of that so the girl immediately shrugged it off until the silence was disturbed by sobbing.

Her head turned around and found her friend Nayeon crying trying hard to hold it but cannot do it anymore. Jeongyeon immediately pulled her into a hug to soothe Nayeon down.
