Name: Talia Hornsmith
Age: 15
Friends: Astrid (best friends), Hiccup, Gobber, Fishlegs, Snotlout, Tuffnut, Ruffnut
Talia is a curious, smart, sarcastic, free spirit that tends to hide the fact she doesn't want to kill a dragon. Wishing to live her own life without being told what to do with it. She lives by herself in her own house but her guardian is the village elder and healer Gothi. She was only seven years old when she last saw her parents, when they went on the search for the dragons nest with Stoick and the others. She received the news by Stoick himself, that their ship was attacked by a rival tribe, and they were killed trying to defend themselves. She cried for so long she didn't know what to do, but when the tears were gone she stopped showing her emotion and only showed what people need to see. Which was that nothing would ever faze her. She does show her emotions to Astrid, Gothi, and Stoick, but has never cried in front of them or in general since her parents death.
Her reason for not wanting to kill dragons came a couple weeks after her parents death, she was in her favorite place the cove. Since no one goes there, making it very quiet which she appreciated a lot. She was next to the little lake that was there, and a Terrible Terror came by. Usually a Terror attacks when felt threatened, but this one didn't it just kept nudging at her hand. This really confused her since she was told that all dragons were dangerous and should be killed on site. But at that moment she realized that dragons aren't dangerous, they are just trying to protect themselves just like Vikings. Since that day she has never told anyone, because she knows they'll never believe. But she does hope that one day someone well see what she saw.
But who knew that day would finally happen.
