Y/N and I arrived at the Manor, which was absolutely empty. I've never seen it this empty before. "I think we might be alone." I said and she giggled. .
"Isn't that better?" she answered making me smile. "I guess so. So, what do you have planned?" she put her bag on the couch. "Okay, I've got my switch. We've got Netflix." she said. "Well then, what do you want to do first?" I asked.
"How about we watch something on Netflix? Last night I saw a Documentary about The Umbrella Academy. Why don't we watch it?" she suggested.
My stomach sank. I remember filming that Documentary when Eight was still around. All of us were 9 and I can recall confessing my crush on Eight.
"Um...sure." I said and she looked at me. "I know it's making you uncomfortable. We can watch something else if you like?" she said and I shook my head. "No. We can watch it." I said, walking to the kitchen. "Popcorn?" I asked and she nodded.
When I returned from the kitchen, she set up a pillow fort. Just a couple chairs and blankets. She got out of it, her hair tied back in a messy bun. I smiled. "Five! I hope you don't mind snuggling with me harhar." she giggled. I smiled and shook my head.
She took the popcorn from my hand and we got in the pillow fort. She used the couch cushions so that we don't have to lay on the hard ground. She strung fairy lights across the fort and blankets lay all around.
She crawled inside one of the blankets and patted the spot next to her. I lay down and she pulled up the movie on her laptop. She pulled the blanket hanging from the chair closed so that it became dark. She looked at me and smiled. "You ready?" she asked and I nodded.
She pressed play and the movie began.
I recognized everyone, even myself. We had to wear the masks for protection or else people would have known who we are. I saw a glimpse of my Father and frowned. Y/N noticed and she took my hand.
"You okay? I mean we could totally stop watching if you want to." she said and I shook my head.
We continued to watch the movie, but nothing really happened after that. After the movie, we decided to watch A Quiet Place.
I wasn't fazed by it, I've seen worse. But Y/N, boy was she scared. She buried her head further into my chest after each jump scare. I laughed.
"Okay. Do you wanna see my room?" I asked once the movie was over. She nodded and we got out of the fort. While we were walking upstairs, I noticed that our hands were still intertwined.
My cheeks became hot and I looked at her. Her cheeks were red as well but she smiled. Her grip loosed and mine tightened. My heart pounded loud enough for her to hear as we approached my room.
I opened the door and she looked around at the black walls. "I like it." she said, letting go of my hand and sitting on the bed. "How about some music?"
I smiled and chose one of my records. I set it on the record player and slowly lowed the peg. Istanbul.
"Really?" she giggled, standing up. She moved her feet to the beat, they slid smoothly with her socks on the wooden floor.
I started to slowly move as well but she made me dance more. "Why?" I asked as we moved rhythmically to the beat. "Because. Istanbul is Constantinople." She answered, making me laugh. We continued to dance.
The song came to an end and she looked for another. She switched them out and the other song stared to play. Her shoulders moved rhythmically to the beat.
"What? You don't like this song?" She asked and I shook my head. "I love this song!" I said, grabbing her waist. " I spun her around, making her smile grow.
"Children behave, that's what they say when we're together. And watch how you play, they don't understand and so we're running just as fast as we can, holding on to one another's hand. Trying to get away into the night and then you put your arms around me and we tumble to the ground and then we say." we sung together, our feet sliding effortlessly on the wood floor.
"I think we're alone now, doesn't seem to be anyone around. I think we're alone now, the beating of our hearts is the only sound." she broke away from me and did her own thing. Her feet slid across the floor and her arms moved around in perfect movements.
"Look at the way, we gotta hide what we're doing. Cause what would they say if they knew and so were running just as fast as we can, holding on to one another's hand. Trying to get away into the night and then you put your arms around me and we tumble to the ground and then you say," I pulled her back to me and she smiled.
"I think we're alone now, doesn't seem to be anyone around. I think we're alone now, the beating of your hearts is the only sound." I pulled her closer, our faces inches apart.
She tripped and fell on the bed, taking me with her. I fell on top of her, her eyes sparking from the sunshine coming from my window. She smiled whilst she laced her hands into my hair. "I think we're alone now." she whispered and I giggled. "Ya think?"
I slowly leaned in closer to her, her lips brushing mine.
"Finally. Five it's been too long! You're finally getting some action!" Klaus chimed in. "And with the girl we met yesterday! You go boy!" Diego chimed in. I got a fright and jumped up off of Y/N.
"I heard a rumor that..." Allison starts. I immediately look at her and loose my temper. "You." I furiously pointed at her.
"I don't want to hear your shit. You've messed up too much with your stupid power and I don't want you to mess up my chance with Y/N. She's an extraordinary human being with an amazing personality and if she falls in love with me because you used your powers, then I don't see point in me loving her. I want her to love me back, truly love me. I-I" I looked to the ground and lower my voice to a whisper.
"I think I like her."
