We didn't need a bottle of scotch to fix this. Thank god.

I quickly turned my glance away from him to jack. I gave him a look that said what-the-actual-fuck-is-this-douchebag-doing-here and he quickly grabbed me by the shoulders.

"Let's go for a walk and er...so you can calm down." He mumbled quickly pushing me by another trail that I hadn't noticed before.

"Care to explain what that douche-canoe is doing here?" I whispered to him impatiently while also glaring straight at alex.

"Listen I know you had a rough past with him but he's my friend so I can't just not invite him" He said while staring at the ground.

"BUT HE'S A FUCKING WHORE AND NOT TO MENTION A LOW-LIFE PEICE OF SHIT!" I practically screeched in his face. I turned back to see everyone staring at me open mouthed. Even "It" -yes it I'm reffering to alex as it now - Looked at me with a smirk plastered over his face with a hint of amusement.

"Fuck you alex." I growled stomping off further into the woods. Now my legs were pumping me farther and farther into the woods. I didn't know were I was going but I sure as hell knew that I didn't want to be back there. I could hear a voice. Quite distant but I could still hear it faintly, It sounded like someone was calling my name. I didn't bother to look back and try to find them though. I just needed to be alone.

After about ten more minutes of running and stopping to take short and heavy breaths I let myself sit  under the shade of a tree. I put my head inbetween my knees and let out a painful sigh. Honestly I just couldn't believe how shitty this trip already was. Right now I felt the need to be alone but I also felt the need to be comforted by someone, Hugged, loved, and told that "It" will just dissapear from the earth and everything will perfectly slide back into place.

"Hey kiddo." I heard a familar voice say and saw a figure in the corner of my eye.

"Huh?" I said looking up. I wipped away tears I didn't even know were falling from my eyes and stood up. I took a shaky breath and looked closer to see that it was ryan. He was smiling at me in a sort of empathetic way.

"You okay?" He said while stepping closer and sitting down under the tree. He patted the spot next to him and looked up at me smiling a little more.

"I guess." I let out in a small squeak sliding down under the tree once more. I leaned my head into his shoulder and he sighed contently looking out at the forest before him.

"Y'wanna talk about it?" He asked glancing at me.

"Nahh." I gave him a small smile and noticed that he had something in his hand.

"What's that in your hand?" I asked him inspecting what looked to be a glass bottle.

"Scotch, Want some?" He questioned looking up at the sky and holding the bottle out infront of me.

"No thanks." I laughed slightly. "I can't take the chance of doing something stupid later." He nodded, understanding and stood up.

"Wanna go back now? I'll make sure that asshole doesn't get in the way of your night" He smiled once more but, it looked as if he was actually happy now.  He reached out a hand for me to take.

"Fineee." I sighed dramatically "But on one condition!" I said while taking his hand and standing up straight.

"And what would that be your majesty?" He asked me, smile growing wider.

"You have to give me a piggy back ride the whole way back!" I laughed motioning him to turn around so I could hop on his back.

"As you wish." He rolled his eyes and bent down just low enough for me to get ontop of him.

"ONWARD PIGGY!" I laughed uncontrollably.
