Bon Yoyage El And Lou, Welcome Johanna!

Chapter Seventy Six

"Bye, guys, I will miss you." I said as I hugged El and Lou goodbye for their honeymoon in Italy. El pulled away from my hug and smiled at me while Lou was giving the lady their tickets.

"Yeah, I will miss you, too. But, we will be back in time for your birthday, okay?" El told me and I nodded. Today was the 2nd of February and they are coming back on the 23rd, two days before my birthday.

"Time to hit the road, babe!' Louis called out to El and she nodded and waved goodbye to us before they headed onto the plane. I sighed while leaning my head onto Harry's shoulder. We had come to see off Eleanor and Louis along with Niall, Liam, Zayn, Paul and Lou with Lux. Phoebe had gone back to America to see her Sisters and Sophia was busy with work and Perrie had gone back on tour, so, they couldn't be here.

"You guys wanna go for an early lunch?" Niall asked and we nodded. I wanted Nando's.

"As long as it's Nando's." I warned him and he smiled widely while everyone else laughed.

"It's like you read my mind." He said and we laughed again while headed out of the airport terminal.

We had gotten home and Johanna was lugging a bag down the stairs. I frowned and Harry spoke up.

"What are you doing, Johanna?" Harry asked her and she sighed while turning to us.

"Going home. I need to make a few calls to get home first." She said and I sighed. I was going to regret this later.

"Why don't you stay? I mean, until you can get home with the twins properly." I told her and she smiled and nodded while lugging her bag back up the stairs. I turned to Harry.

"I am going to change Sydney's diaper and feed her a bottle, okay?" I told him and he nodded while going into the living room. I entered Sydney's room and began to change her diaper. After I did that, I changed her into her baby grow because after her bottle, she was going for a nap. I heard a knock on the door.

"Piper?" I heard a lady's voice and turned with Sydney in my arms to find Johanna, leaning against the door.

"What do you want?" I asked her as Harry walked in with Sydney's bottle and I gave her to him and he left the room, sensing the tension. I began to tidy the room to keep myself busy.

"Can we talk?" She asked and I sighed and sat down on the sofa that we had placed in Sydney's room and nodded.

"Go ahead. Give it your best 'shot'." I said and she sighed while sitting across from me.

"I am sorry. When I had found out I was having twins, I was so happy. Then, I lost my job. I had no money coming in and your Father only gave me enough to feed myself and one of the children as he thought that I was only carrying one. He told me that he wanted a boy and when I gave birth to a boy and a girl... We decided to have you adopted, but, only to a good family. We had only one request, that your name have Jojo in it." She said and I smiled with tears streaming down my face.

"But, the only good thing about my family was my Mum and Sister's." I told her and she nodded and took both my hands in hers.

"I am so sorry. Could you ever forgive me?" She asked and I nodded.

"In time." I said and she smiled.

"That's a start." She said and then we did something that I have deep down wanted to do. Hug.
