Chapter Eighty Three

Two Days Later.

Harry's POV

"What does that mean, then, doctor?" I ask him as he starts explaining things to me in a doctor's language. He sighs and leads me into his office. We both take a seat before he starts explaining Piper's situation to me in a language that I understand.

"Piper was in an explosion. Now, most people could not survive an explosion because of the impact, but, Piper has. She had an enraptured appendix that we took out, but, then, we found that she had kidney failure and then, liver disease as well as third degree burns. So, what we have done is place her into a coma to see if her immune system can fight her deadly injury's. If not, her injury's can prove fatal." The doctor finished and I gasped.

"Fatal!?" I said and he nodded while standing up and leaving the room. I sighed as I rested my head onto my hands. Sydney was with my Mum and Robin until Piper gets better (which, now, maybe never). I sobbed at the thought of losing Piper. I heard shouting and then, sobs, which meant that the doctor had told Lou what is happening with Piper. I sighed and walked into her room.

"She is making progress, Harry. The doctor said so." I heard Eleanor say to me and I nodded. I turned to her to find Lou not with her. I frowned.

"Where's Louis?" I asked and she sighs before sitting on a chair at the foot of Piper's hospital bed.

"He went to phone Johanna. She is in pieces like you are, Harry." She said and I scoffed (she wasn't far wrong there). A nurse appeared a few minutes later and replaced Piper's drip. I thanked her when she was finished and took Piper's hand in mine. El left the room to take a call and I squeezed Piper's hand.

"Please come back to us, baby." I told her before breaking down.

Piper's POV

"Please come back to us, baby. Sydney needs you. I need you." I heard Harry say and my body was screaming his name, but, nothing was coming out. Where was I? Why can't I move? And where is Sydney? The only thing that I can see is...
