Chapter Sixty Six
We all stood silent for about 30 seconds. I, then, walked out of the office, shutting the door as I went. As I got half way down the hallway, I heard my name being called. I turned and saw Willow running down the hall towards me and I sighed.
"What do you want?" I sternly asked her as she got to me. She lowered her head to the floor and I scoffed before walking down the hall.
"I'm sorry!" I heard her call out and I turned towards her and saw her walking toward me and I slid down the wall till I was on the floor. Willow sat next to me and I looked up at her.
"How did we get here, Will? One year ago, we were working her normally and we had our usual Saturday night sleepovers with pizza and scary movies. We were best friends." I told her and she nodded.
"Your Dad started this." She told me and I nodded.
She didn't know the half of it.
