Beck followed me outside to lunch.
"Will you just got back to set? It really isn't that big of a deal babe." Beck tried to persuade me to go back to the movie.
I ignored him and walked to the table Andre and Tori were sitting at. Jade came from the food truck and walked beside me.
Andre played some danger music in reference to Jade approaching the table.
I smiled slightly.
"Can we sit somewhere else?" Jade asked me.
"Hmm, no." I said.
"Fine, we'll sit with the girl who can't keep her mouth shut and got Beck fired." Jade antagonized.
Andre played more music.
"Also, the girl who caused my best friend to quite her job as a lead in the movie. Great job!" Jade said in fake enthusiasm, before opening her water and taking a sip.
"i'm sorry! I swear, if there was anything that i could do to make it up to you guys i would." Tori said.
"i bet you would." Jade said mockingly. Cue Andre playing music, as he looked at us expectantly. Everyone gave him a glare or a stuck look.
"you know, if you really wanted to help, you wouldn't just sit there like a bag of doorknobs. You'd do something." with that said, Jade picked up her lunch and walked away.
"where are you going?" i asked her.
"anywhere else." Andre played music as she walked away and then she came back. "okay," she flipped his piano, opened the back of it and flipped it over again and dumped the batteries out. "and that's for you." she finally walked away again. Andre looked at her as she walked away and make sound effects with his mouth.
"whom, whom, whommmm."
I started gathering my stuff. "i'm gonna go hose her down."
Beck packed his stuff up too. "i'll come with you."
"you guys, i'm still really sorry." tori said.
"stop saying that, amica." i smiled down at her then leaned down to kiss her cheek.

"jade! hey, jade! it's not that bad. i can always go back." i attempted to calm her. she spun around to face me.
"then go back! look, this movie could start your career in LA. don't let some blonde bimbo ruin that." jade said exasperated. "and while your at it, get beck his job back. he worked hard for that. you know it more than anyone else."
i sighed and looked at her. "i'll call the director back after 5th period."
