It's been a year since they moved out from their used to be dream home to Seoul, not far from Jaebum's office.
Yugyeom grew as a very lovely kid who ate too much and sleep too much. He was their happiness.
Jaebum and Jinyoung indeed restarted their married life to a better one. Jaebum didn't change much considering what he had been through before. He was still in love- very in love with Jinyoung.
He often came home bringing delicious meals for them and had that quality dinner time with his family. He decided to forget about the past and move forward together. To focus on their family and Yugyeom's happiness. This kid knew nothing about what the adults went through that they had to move to a new home.. what most important is that he would grow up happy.
One day aunty Park called, asking how had they been and later Jinyoung found out that she was sick. He told Jaebum and they decided to pay her a visit. They missed her anyway.
Yugyeom was at home with his baby sitter while Jaebum and Jinyoung went back to their old neigborhood to visit aunty Park.
As they drove on the same road again, the unwanted memories kicked in. As they drove passing their old house, they saw a family having a party on their front yard. Looks like they just moved there and all neighbors were invited to enjoy the barbeque. Jinyoung remembered he was almost killed in there by one and only Jackson Wang. The devil in disguise- who wore a mask like an angel, luring people to love him and then at the end he would end their perfect life.. like a mouse trap.
"Its been a while" Jinyoung sighed.
"True. I hate this neighborhood" Jaebum added.
"Sure you do" Jinyoung tilted his head to his left and he remembered the SUV parked in front of the familiar house. The car which drove him to the market on the first encounter.
Closing his eyes, Jinyoung didn't want those memory to come back and consume him. He truly hated Jackson since that day he bluntly calling him a bitch. And thats it for them.
Arrived at the familiar house of their beloved aunty Park, Jinyoung ran to hug the lady who was standing at her porch, welcoming them.
"You're really here" she greeted.
"We are here. How are you?" Jinyoung checked if there's something wrong with her.
"I'm fine. Just a little headache and stomach problem"
"That is not fine at all maam" Jaebum stated, smiling at the back with his hands in his pocket.
"I missed you guys a lot" she got teary. "Come in let's have some tea. I have two very important guests right here"
.
Jinyoung went out to enjoy the view. Not gonna lie he really did miss this neighborhood. He really liked the view here. The peaceful atmosphere. That was why that house was everything for him. Their dream house.
He closed his eyes, he smiled, and listened to the birds chirping, wind blowing cooly, almost no sound of noisy vehicles, even the barbeque party was muffled. It was so perfect.
Jinyoung opened his eyes and spot someone familiar having an afternoon jog. When the guy walked pass aunty Park's neighbor's house, they cought each other's eyes.
He stopped.
Those eyes Jinyoung used to love, the eyes he got lost everytime he looked at them.
They didn't say anything. Instead of the feeling of missing him, he felt like he was gonna puke for looking at the guy.
Apparently the guy felt the same thing too. He looked at Jinyoung with a disgusting face and out of nowhere, he spit to the ground.
