"Jackson I made you dumplings. Come, have a seat! Let's eat" he grabbed Jackson's bag and took his hand, heading to the dining room to have dinner.
"Mark, I'm tired.. I wanna go to sleep" Jackson pouted with his eyes closed, acted like a child when they don't want to eat if the mother asked them to have broccoli or lets say.. veggies.
He just got home from work and was tired and wanted to go to sleep. Beside that, he already had an appointment with Jinyoung that he would come over to his house later in the midnight.
Jackson let go of his hand and grabbed his bag back and ready to leave the room.
"But I made it for you....." Mark frowned.
Jackson didn't answer and went straight to the stairs, on his way up to the room.
Mark pulled a chair from the table and sat there with his head held low. He put his his head in his hands as tears coming out from his eyes.
It has been... more or less a month Jackson behaved like this. He rarely ate the food he cook just for him. He rarely give compliments on the dish Mark made. He rarely had a time for them to have a family dinner. Indeed, it was just a simple thing they used to do, yet now it was so hard just to make Jackson sat there with him, having a chat while Jackson bombard him with cheesy romantic words, enjoying the meal he made as the time passed and they would ready to go to bed.
Jackson rarely hugged him like what he always do when he arrived home after work. He would tell Mark how much he missed him and their unborn child. He would cuddle with his wife after shower, telling him again how much he missed him, telling him how lucky he was to be able to be his husband- to be with him for the rest of his life, to finally started a family with Mark and expecting a healthy baby boy.
It felt like- like all of those simple things were gone.. it was like a warm water evaporated slowly and soon to be gone.
Mark sobbed quietly, not wanting to disturb Jackson who was probably already in the bed, resting after a tiring day.
He knew it's not good for the baby. He had to be healthy phisically and mentally, he had to be happy and not pressuring himself like what happened to him now.. but he just couldn't hold it anymore. He could only do that for several times before, but not now...
His heart hurt.
He thought his marriage with Jackson would be as happy as they were while they were still in relationship.
He never thought that the problem would come this soon..
He never saw that coming this fast......

Jinyoung was biting on his finger nails as he was also in a state of confusion. He looked at his phone screen, displaying a text from Jackson that he would like to have a time with him again.
He said no, of course... they were together yesterday. They made a rule that they should not see each other too often so that Mark won't be suspicious about their secret affair. But Jackson ofter broke the rule. Almost everyday he insisted to go to see Jinyoung and sneaked out from his house to come to Jinyoung's, would stay a couple of hours there; in the living room or in the kitchen or even in the bedroom before he had to sneak back to his own room.
Jinyoung was friends with Mark. There was a slight feeling of guilt for Mark but he just couldn't help it. Like what has happened before when he tried to reject Jackson, building a wall between them, he ended up failing and now they shared the same feeling towards each other.
