I was sitting on the couch as Roger walked in carrying two huge shopping bags.

"Uh Rog, whatcha got there?" I asked looking up from my book.

"Nothing!" He dead panned before he ran away.

I heard girlish screams from the bedroom. I ran as fast as I could.

He smiled up at me, "Yes, why?"

I shrugged as he gave subtle glances towards his shoes.

"Taylor, they're pink. And sparkly." I stated, tilting my head.
