“You know they only want what's best for you.”
“You'll learn how to be independent when you live there.”
“You sound like you love school.”
“I hate the idea of school if it's about grades.”
“Some students see school as a competition, that they should keep striving to get higher grades to compare theirs to others.”
“Some cheat their way just to achieve those grades.”
“Others strive to have excellent grades because they're being pressured to do so.”
“And it has been a standard that grades are the basis of a person's intelligence.”
“Not everyone who has high grades really did work hard for it.”
“It's a sad reality for us nowadays.”
“We've already started to lose the school's real purpose, and that is to learn.”
