--Krissy's POV--

4 hours after Kellin walked out the store, i found myself smiling at random thoughts about him. I grinned even more as i looked at the hat he'd thrown at me..it was a fair trade. i looked at my phone and saw the time. reading 6:45. SHIT. if i didn't leave now. i'd be late going over to Jenny's.  

"shit. hey guys i gotta get to my sister's house!" i said as i grabbed my bag and ran out the store. i ran down the strip and cut a sharp right behind one of the stores. heading into the employee parking, i got in my car, and made my way towards jenny's house. i told her i'd be there by 7. and it's a 20 minute ride...but knowing me in this little ass integra, i'd be there in 15. i continued to drive when my phone rang, reading shane<3

"Hello?" i said frustrated.

"what the hell is your problem, Krissy? i just wanted to call and let you know that i was on the way to Jenny's house" shane said in a stern voice.

"shane. just...let me go over there and get him. alright? just go back to your freakin dorm. i'll be back there as soon as i get him" i said as i plugged the phone into the aux chord.

"you know what i'm tired of your attitude. just...don't bother coming over tonight" shane said as he hit the end call button. i threw my phone down on the seat and  scoffed. i turned off of Kings hwy into a nice apartment complex and pulled into suite D parking. i grabbed my phone, cut the car off, and ran up the 3 sets of stairs to the top floor. i looked at my phone and caught my breath. Good deal..6 minutes left to spare. i got my keys out and unlocked the door and poked my head in.

"hey! i was wondering where you were!" my sister said as she looked up from her phone.

"yeah sorry they let me off work a little late. then i had to deal with more of Shane's bullshit tonight...it's getting stressful...i hate it" i said. just then a little brown haired boy came running out of the back bedroom.

"mommy!" he said as he tackled my leg and gave me a beautiful smile. 

"hey baby! did you miss mommy?" i asked him, as i picked him up and sat him on my hip.

"yes. i missed you. lots" he said. My son was my world. i loved him with everything in me. Shane was an okay dad to him..but lately he's been neglecting Noah.

"good! i missed you too! did daddy come by to see you after practice?" i asked him.

"no."

"no? why not?"

"i don't. know." 

"wanna call daddy?"

"yeah!"

i pulled out my phone and dialed shane's number. he didn't pick up.

"okay baby. daddy must be sleeping you gotta say what i say. okay?"

"okay mommy."

"hey daddy, its Noah. I Miss you come see me tomrrow please!"

"hey daddeh. zzzz Noah, ah miss you. cohme see may damorrow. peease?" he repeated back in the cutest way ever. i hung up the phone for him and put him down.

"Noah! can you go get your bookbag from your play room. and bring it back to mommy?" i asked him. he smiled and ran back into the play room getting all of his things and bringing it back to me. Jenny grabbed his car seat, and i walked out with him on my hip, along with his bookbag and his other bag to come stay with me for the night.

"Alright, Noah! i'll see you Saturday night!" Jenny said.

"say bye bye to Aunt Jenny!"

"Bye Bye Aunt Jenny" he said as i put him into his car seat. Jenny gave him a kiss. and i put the seat back up. and closed the door.
