Junkyu gasped.

We were in a cafe and the plan was to make sure Junkyu doesn't suspect me as his secret admirer. I'm pretty sure I'm doing well...

Somehow that made me sad. I want him to like me but wouldn't it be weird he likes the other me and not this me?

One week later~

After a whole week, no progress was made. At all. Well except the fact that Exams are coming and we decided to study together at the library. Me, Mashiho, Ara and Junkyu. It was fun at first. But it got to the point i felt uncomfortable.

"Hey... did you hear? Apparently, Y/n and Mashiho are dating..."

"Y/n? Who's that?"

"That one. The one who looks like shit."

"Oh my god you're right she does look like shit. I can't believe Mashiho's dating her-"

I covered my face with my textbook. Mashiho was at the bathroom and Ara was just studying with earphones on so she couldn't hear a thing.

I look up.

"If you guys wanna chatter, you should chat someone else. This is the library."

They gave him confused looks and ran away. Junkyu sighs. Junkyu protected me?

"You okay, Y/n? You looked really scared just now... you were shaking..."

Junkyu gives me a worried look. I was really scared. More like panicking. It felt like the past is repeating itself.

"I'm okay. Shall we continue studying?"

"You sure?"

"I'm sure. It's not my first time anyways."

Junkyu stares at me. Mashiho returns from his bathroom journey and sits next to me.

"What did I miss?"

"Ahaha nothing much."

"Someone was talking shit-"
