Alice sat in the office room she had in her house talking on the phone to someone.
"Yes... I know Emily's file is interesting to say the least... She certainly is different... No, I don't understand why the corporation sent me, I'm only a trainee... Okay so all I have to do is keep an eye on Emily and monitor the developments she's making with her powers... I understand that she is different to the others that we've kept an eye on... Hold on, we don't know her powers...? Okay, goodbye..."
Alice sighed and moved to her living room. She went over the events that had previously happened.
Alice left just after Emily had taken the photographs without speaking. After leaving the house, Alice walked home. Before she had left, Alice ensured that she left a scrunched-up note on the floor. She was told to do anything to gain the attention of the younger girl, so the note was a forged suicide note.
Alice went to bed after she wrote the events down.
The next morning, Alice woke up and hour before she normally would and made herself a tea. While drinking the tea, she used various makeup techniques in order to create the scabs of cuts all the way up her right arm.
The clock struck eight o'clock and Alice left the house, ready for a full day of school and dealing with Emily.
Alice wore a plain, forest green long-sleeved jumper, light blue jeans and a pair of black converse. Her hair was in two pigtail that were tied with a dark green ribbon each.
Upon seeing Emily, Alice felt the sudden urge to smile but she couldn't. She had to catch Emily's attention one way or another. Her happy go lucky mood wasn't working so she had decided to act broken inside.
Emily wore a plain grey pocket tee, a matching hoodie, combat trousers and a pair of boots. She looked as perfect as ever as she stood outside her house doing something on her phone.
Alice began to slowly walk down the street, alone without Thomas or Steph.
There were footsteps behind Alice as Emily run up behind her, worried. Alice stopped and waited for the younger girl.
