Chapter 22

nana's pov.

taehyung was caught off guard. his lips parted as he stared down at me, wide-eyed. but slowly he wrapped his arms around my waist, hugging me back. burying his face in the crook of my neck.

after what seemed like 2 minutes, he pulled away. his cheeks were rosy red, his nose was pink ish. ''let's go home,'' he said softly. i nodded and stood up. the scarf around my neck was a bit loose and eventually it fell on the ground.

taehyung immediately ran to grab it, he kneeled down, ''got it!'' he ran back towards me, leaning a bit closer, wrapping the scarf around me. a playful smile formed on his lips.

taehyung chuckled as i pouted, ''seriously taehyung?'' i asked, well mumbled since i couldn't really talk properly because of the scarf around my head. he giggled, ''oops,''

''very funny tae,'' i then wrapped the scarf around my neck properly, ''aren't you cold?'' i asked, he shook his head, he was only wearing a gucci sweater, i guess he accidentally bought a bigger size, the sweater came till his thigh, he was also wearing black jeans.

''nah,'' he shrugged, i nodded and looked ahead, seeing taehyung shivering from the cold, i secretly rolled my eyes. i took of my jacket and put it around taehyung's broad shoulder. he raised his eyebrows in surprise.

''aren't men suppose to do that?''

''it's not handy to catch a cold now,'' i replied, ''but you can get sick too,'' he said. i placed my hands on my hips, ''but you're more important,''

his eyes softened, ''o...oh?'' my eyes widened a bit, ''i meant, the company needs you and you're the ceo so yeah you see...you're more important,'' i quickly said. his mouth formed an 'o' shape. ''oh...''

''well let's go,'' i mumbled grabbing his ice cold hand, i didn't see it but taehyung was blushing madly.

''taehyung!''

a familiar female voice echoed, taehyung sighed, ''wan what are you doing here?'' he asked, seungwan appeared and took taehyung in a bear hug. ''didn't you missed me little boy?'' she pouted.

taehyung rubbed his head, ''i'm taller than you, way taller,'' he said, she punched his shoulder playfully, ''but i'm older you twat,''

''touché,''

her gaze landed on me and soon she smiled brightly, ''you're with your girlfriend!'' she said in surprise, ''she is not my girlfriend, wan,''

''oh sorry i mean soon-to-be girlfriend,'' seungwan winked, taehyung just sighed. she then looked at our hands that were still interlocked, she secretly fangirled. ''ah, how cute! i won't disturb you love-birds, i need to go to work, bye~''

''bye bye.'' we both said in unison.

once we got back to my house i offered him some tea and cookies.

he turned to me and leaned closer, ''wanna play a game?''

''faster!'' taehyung shouted, i couldn't feel my fingers anymore, ''i'm trying to-'' i said, but i got cut off by taehyung. ''i know you're better than this,''

he began to make slurping sounds, ''taehyung-'' i said, but i got cut off again, ''that's not how you're supposed to call me sweetie,'' he winked.

''i'm not going to call you that,'' i huffed, he groaned, throwing his head back, ''faster please,''

''i'm trying!'' i yelled, ''you're almost there...'' he said. i nodded and went faster.

''oh god damnit!''

i threw the remote on the bed, sulking. taehyung laughed, ''you really suck at this game,'' he teased. i rolled my eyes, ''you could help me if you didn't decide to eat ramen! those slurping sounds are annoying me, and it's not good to eat right before dinner,''

taehyung whined, ''i was hungry okay,'' he pouted, i rolled my eyes while smiling.

''it's really hard okay, how about you try it?'' i grabbed the remote from the bed and threw it at taehyung. he luckily catched it.

''i'll win for sure,'' he sat on the ground his legs folded together.

-6 MINUTES LATER-

''no...''

i laughed out loud, ''i told you so!'' taehyung pursed his lips, ''this game sucks anyways,'' he mumbled, throwing the remote somewhere in the corner of the room.

''yeah sure~''
