There was an arquard silence between the two as they wandered up the field once more. Alfie broke the silence, " okay , whats up?, you are NEVer this quiet''. He stopped, and looked at her, the field was desolet with hardly no one around, apart from the odd teacher wandering around, the majoraty of people would be fighting to get into the dinner hall. Astrid replied, ''Nothing, why would anything be wrong?''. Astrid smiled arquardly at Alfie, who knew she was lying, but dismissed it. He then continued, ''oh i almost forgot, do you wanna go to the cinema or something tonight, my dad is trying to drag me along on a camping trip along with some of his buds, it sounds like a nightmear, seriously you have to save me''.  Astrid smurked, her smile then vanished, thinking of the date, it was a full moon tonight. ''Sorry Alfie, i would but i can't...'', she paused thinking of a lie, ''Ash hasn't been very well, i have to look after her'', she sighed slightly. Alfie quickly butted in, ''Can i help?''. Astrid grited her teeth. ''Normaly i would say yes but... you can't tonight''.Alfie sighed once again, ''It is going to be a very boring weekend'', he looked up at the sky. Astrid quickly asked, ''Why do you think it's a wolf?''. Alfie looked back down facing her, ''Oh it was something my dad said, he has a theroy, but remeber he went crazy after mum died''. His face drooped slightly thinking about his mother,. Astrid looked at him, ''Sorry alf, i didn't mean to...''. Alfie butted in once again, ''It's fine''....... ''any way the que would have died down now.... need to go into lunch today?'',   ''Nope, pack lunch today'', she replied.  Alfie nodded, ''sames''. Both took out their lunch boxes, Astrid had a very meaty beef sandwich while Alfie took out a tuna and cucumba.

The rest of that lunch flue over fairly quickly along with double English suprisingly which Alfie and Astrid were both in together chatting away at the back but still working colabriting doing work preparing for their future exams this years was on 'of mice and men' by john stenbeck. The bell sounded for the end of the day, the buses were waiting for the students in a line, getting their numbers ticked off by the elected teacher for the day, who would then write them down on the black board at the front part of the school. The stampeed started ,to be free from school the student pushed each other through the coradoors and out of the doors, as Astrid got out she looked to the time table she thought to her self ,'okay lets get on the 676', which was the one which went the closest to her house, she waved to Alfie who was being engulfed by the croud, he waved back as he headed for a black 4 by 4, its windows were blacked out shaded so the inside was unseable. Astrid scowered the car as she walked onto the bus. Astrid plonked herself down at the back on the lower floor, pulling out her phone, feeling in her pockets for her head phones, she grittered her teeth. Sam walked onto the bus sitting down opposit her, ''headphones?''. She nodded, Sam smiled ''Normaly thats me, you can share my music is you want?'', Astrid smiled ''thanks'', Sam handed her a headphone, the first song was Guns and roses, 'welcome to the jungle', They shook their heads to the music beat as the bus gradually pulled away when it was its turn.....[t.b.c]
