Duvet Day
"Good morning." Jungkook's morning voice rang out into the kitchen, thick with sleep.
"Good morning you're just in time for breakfast." Namjoon responded looking up from his phone as the rest of the members trickled in with plates of food sitting down at their designated spots.
"Where's the little mochi?" Yoongi asked stuffing his face full with food, for it was unusual for Jungkook to be up without his baby boy.
"He wasn't feeling well last night so I left him in bed for a while longer. I'll take him some food up later." Jungkook answered before the group fell into light chatter teasing each other as they went about it.
A gentle sneezing broke the friends out of their conversation, looking in the direction of the sound to see a pretty adorable sight.
For there stood Jimin bundled up like a little burrito inside of his white fluffy covers, his cheeks flushed a bright red along with his button nose, fluffy brown hair laid upon his head, sparkling brown orbs seemingly out of it and small feet clad in soft fuzzy socks.
"Come here little one." Jungkook smiled opening up his arms ready to embrace his baby. Jimin groggily shuffled over plopping onto the muscular toned thighs stuffing his face into Jungkooks neck the heat radiating off the brunette almost unbearable.
"God you're hot." Jungkook signed having the equivalent of a microwave on his lap, if it actually was one though the boy would have ran for the hills.
"I know." Jimin mumbled into his boyfriends neck craving cuddles as he tangled his small hands up in Jungkook's t-shirt.
"True but no baby you're actually burning up." Jungkook spoke alarmed placing his palm across Jimin's forehead only to emit a miserable wine from the elder as the action provoked a wave of dizziness.
"I'll go get a thermometer." Jin said rushing out of the room.
Jungkook tried to softly remove the covers away from Jimin however that only caused a ramble of protest to be released from the boy's plump lips.
"T-too cold." Jimin mumbled tiredly reaching out for the covers only to have Taehyung snatch them off him while Jin stuck a thermometer into his mouth.
"Baby stop it you're ill." Jungkook spoke grabbing ahold of Jimin's wrists whilst the boy tried to shove the others away.
"Yeah he's got a fever." Jin confirmed looking at the reading while Jimin merely slumped back into Jungkook's chest with exhaustion.
"I'll go ring our manager and get us the day off then." Namjoon sighed happy for the day off but not his fellow members illness.
"Are you hungry baby?" Jungkook asked lifting up a spoon of cereal to Jimin's lips. The blonde merely wined a weak no burying his head into Jungkook's neck craving his comforting cuddles.
"He's going to be so needy today, good luck." Hoseok laughed for they were all aware how much Jimin adored his boyfriends affection.
"Tell me about it." Jungkook smiled, although he secretly loved having Jimin wrapped up in his arms every second he could.
"So good news we have the next few days off." Namjoon announced walking back into the kitchen only to be met by a loud shush by Taehyung.
"What?"
"The mochi's sleeping." Taehyung answered pointing to Jimin's snuggled up on Jungkook's lap gentle puffs of air emerging from his lips as he slept calmly.
"Take him back to bed Kook." Jin whispered already clearing the table with the help of Hoseok.
"Yes sir." Jungkook mock saluted only to gain light smack from Jin who was mumbling something about respect.
Jungkook carefully threaded his muscular hands underneath Jimin's thighs and around the small of his back, picking him up bridal style as the blonde subconsciously wrapped his arms around the younger's neck and pressed his head into the curve of his shoulder.
The rest of the couples day was spent cuddled underneath the warm duvet with movies playing in the background while they recalled adored memories falling in love with each other even more as Jungkook slowly nursed his baby back to health.
"Aww how cute." Taehyung squealed opening their bedroom door to find them cuddled together, he quickly snapped a picture and sent it to Jimin immediately.
"Am I not the cutest then?" Namjoon asked pulling Taehyung into his chest.
"You're adorable not cute." Taehyung smiled booping the leaders nose before running off giggling gleefully.
