The Crash

Jughead

"Ring Ring, Ring Ring." I ran to my phone to answer the call while Jellybean looking to see what was going on.

"Hello, is this Jughead Jones?"

"Speaking. Who is this may I ask?"

"Hi Jughead, this is Dr. Rae. I'm sorry to tell you this but your parents were in a car crash and they are not going to make it."

"Are you sure it's them. I-I this c-can't be happening!!!"

"Sorry Jughead. We have called social services to find a home for you and your sister. Your sister will be staying on the south side but the only family that would adopt 17 year olds were this one family in riverdale."

Jughead hang up the phone and fell to the ground crying, Jellybean still looking at him having no clue what was going on.

"Jughead! What's u-" she was cut of by jughead shouting "THEY'RE GONE JB..... mum and dad are gone."

"No they aren't they are just at the wyrm, they will be back jug."

"The doctor just called, they were in a car crash and didn't make it...."

"WHAT!? No. That's not right no no no no NOOOOO!"

They both sat there leaning on the wall of their trailer crying for a while until jug said

"Don't worry JB your staying here in the south side. I will be on the north but don't worry I will still text you all the time and if you need me I'm only one call away."

"I know jug but what about our foster families?"

"It's going to be ok we will see each other all the time!" Jughead said to his sister trying to stay positive for her even though they both knew he was breaking in side.

"K jug. When are we leaving though?"

"Tomorrow so let's go get our stuff ready because I have to drop you off first and be at my new house at 8:30am."

"Ok goodnight Jughead. I love you so much, you are the best brother in the whole world and I don't know what I would do without you." She said as if it was the last time they were seeing each other.

Betty

"Elizabeth, Charles, Jack, Henry and Max!!! Come down to the living room, I have some news!" Alice shouted.

"What is it mum?" Betty said as she was rushing down stairs to see what's wrong.

"Our family is broke and in need of money so I've agreed to adopt a 17 year old boy called Jughead Jones and before you say anything Elizabeth we need food on our plates so I would say yes if I were you."

Charles, Jack, Henry and Max all cheered.

Betty just mumbled "he better be hot."

"What was that dear?" Alice said

"Nothing mum I'm pretty tired, goodnight and GOODNIGHT BOYS!"

"NIGHT BETTS!" They all shouted as they were playing video games

***Next Day at 6am***

Jughead

I woke up to my alarm. I got in the shower, got dressed then told Jellybean to get ready. After we had packed all of our stuff in large black garbage bags we were all set. I looked at the time and it read 7:30. We both said our good byes to the trailer and then left for Jellybean's new house.

We got there and the first thing we saw was a girl that looked about JB's age and a dog. The dog was a guard dog so at least I knew Jellybean was going to be safe If the dog did it's job.

Jellybean ran to the girl and instantly started talking to her. After 5 minutes it looked like they had been friends for more than 5 years!
I then went up to the girl and said

"Hey I'm Jellybean's older brother! What's your name?"

She quickly said back shyly "Hi, I'm uh             O-Olivia. My mum and dad are in the house if you want to say hi."

I then went in the house and talked to her parents for a good 10 minutes. Turns out they were really nice people and I'm glad Jellybean gets to stay there.

"JB I'm gonna go now. Just call if you wanna see me anytime. K?"

"K jug. I love you and hope you have a good time like I'm having here!!!"

I was so happy to hear that she was having fun and so I went to go out of the gate but something was pulling me back.

It was Olivia!

"Olivia?"

"Hey, I uh just wanted to say that we will take care of your sister!"

"I know you will. But don't think you can get rid of me I will be back at least every week!"

I picked up both Olivia and Jellybean and swung them around until I realised the time.

"Sorry guys but it's 8 o'clock so I'm going to have to go and meet my new family."

They both hugged me and I got in the car and beeped the horn twice.

Betty

I woke up and my clock said 8:15. "Crap the guest is supposed to be coming at 8:30!"

I shot up out of bed and went down stairs to get breakfast.

"Morning boys, morning mum."

"Morning!" They all said back.

Betty was really tired so she just made cereal instead of having pancakes.

Suddenly she heard a knock and the door, got a shock and dropped her cereal which caused the bowl to smash.

"Elizabeth go get the door, that should be Jughead." Hal said.

Jughead

I looked at the text message to see if it was the right address and it was so I walked slowly, opened the gate, walked up the stairs and knocked on the red door. The door started opening slowly.

Betty

I opened the door slowly to see a boy and my jaw dropped. HE WAS SO HOT!!! He must be a news paper guy.

"Can I help you?" Betty asked

"U-uh my n-name is Jughead. I think this is the right address."
