Moving In

Betty
I let Jughead in and showed him to his room. We have a 7 room house, my brothers and I all have our own room and we have 2 spares but now Jughead is here we only have one.

"Mum and dad have just gone to work but they will be back at 8pm. This is your room. My room is just across so if you need anything you can ask me."

"Thanks Betty..."

I was about to finish my sentence but I caught her staring so we just stared for a while until Charles came in,

"Jughead, me and the boys are going to play the PlayStation do you wanna.... oh sorry I didn't realise I was ruining your moment." He said smirking at me. I quickly replied

"I- you should go and get to know them Jughead."

"Thanks again Betts...y!"

"Betsy?!" Charles and Betty Both questioned.

"Sorry it just slipped out, I meant Betty."

Jughead

Shit, I can't believe I just nearly called her Betts! What was I thinking?

"Hat took you so long to ask him Charles?" Henri asked.

I looked at Charles worried because I knew he was going to tell them about mine and Betty's moment. I gave him a look saying not to tell her.

"Well, I-uh, I couldn't find him, yeah, this house is pretty big you know!"

Max, Jack and Henri gave Charles a confused look but I just mouthed thank you.

"I know it's not my business but are you guys rich?"

"Well dads a brain surgeon and mum owns a lot of companies. We are running low on money now though so that's why mum and dad adopted you!" Max replied.

"Thank you and wow.." I said

"It sounds cool but our parents are never home," Jack said

"And our dad expects us to get A's in everything," Henri added

"And our mum is crazy strict. She doesn't let us have parties often, go to other people's houses on a school day and I'm not even aloud to have girls over!" Charles smirked

"I wonder why" I heard a voice mumble from behind me, I looked around and it was Betty.

Betty

I went to the living room to go tell Jughead about the rest of the house but I heard the boys talking about our parents.

"We aren't even aloud to have girls over!!!" I heard Charles say. Classic Charles.

"I wonder why." I mumbled.

Jughead turned around and saw me.

"Hey Jughead. Boys, if your going to talk about how 'strict' our parents are then actually tell him what the rules are so he won't get in trouble."

"Okay so the rules are pretty easy to remember it's just basic rules like take your shoes off before entering the house, no calling on the home phone after 8pm, I'm not sure if you have to do chores yet but make sure to do your chores by Sunday every week, no parties on school nights, no girls over after 9:30pm unless it's for a project or something and this one is the most important, what ever you do DONT talk back to our parents because you will be out of here before you can say spaghetti." Betty said.

Jughead

After Betty told me the rules it was a lot to take in but I wasn't going to do any of them besides maybe wearing shoes in the house because my parents didn't care.

"Ok, I'm sure I won't do any of those but how old are you guys?" I asked because I was curious to see if we were the same age.

"Charles and Jack are 17 and Betty, Henri and I are 16." Max replied.

"So you have twins and triplets yet there is still only one girl?"

"Yep, it is so annoying. But I do get my own of every thing when the boys have to share stuff sometimes!" Betty said happily. And we all chucked until there was a knock at the door. I looked at my phone and it was 8:50pm so it was probably her parents. But I thought her parents were supposed to be home by 8.

Jack opened the door and it was Alice and Hal with a lot of shopping bags.

"Hey kids! Sorry we took so long your mother made me go shopping like always!!!"

All of the kids started laughing but all I was looking at was Betty. Her giggles were the cutest thing ever, gosh I could listen to them all day...

"Well I have a good explanation for that, Hal. We were at the mall, went to get groceries and then I saw this store with stuff for bedrooms and I got Jughead things for his room and I got all your guys high school books and new laptops for high school! Aren't you guys exited for your first day back at high school tomorrow? I enrolled you too Jughead!!!"

"Thanks Mrs. Cooper for everything. You too Mr. Cooper."

"Don't worry Jughead and call me Hal, Mr. Cooper makes me sound old."

"Please call me Alice or mum I don't mind!"

"Mum!! He isn't going to call you mum, he has his own!" Betty told Alice

"Had." I replied trying to hold the tears back.

Betty

I saw Jughead was about to cry so I instantly said

"Mum can you get Jughead's room ready, everyone's probably tired, today was very busy."
