Shakshi in her pink dress!
Shakshi pov
I stumbled into his well toned and chiseled chest. I could feel his abs through his T-shirt. He might be a work freek.
He cleared his throat. I suddenly moved two steps backwards and balanced myself. I could tell, even in this busy hours everyone in the coffee shop was looking in our direction.
I held my coffee cup tightly which still managed to have half a cup of coffee left behind. I braced myself and looked at the man I dashed.
His eyes are sharply focused on me. Throwing daggers at me. If sight can kill, I would be six feet under the ground by now.
I swallowed the lump in my throat. And I finally said...
"Sorry"
He forcefully grabbed the tissue paper from my hand and started to wipe the mess my coffee made on his T- Shirt without bothering to look at it. He never missed a single second in stareing me. His eyes were boring into me.
I don't know what to do, standing there frozen. People around me started wishpering to one another. And here, This man still killing me just with looks.
Maybe he is overreacting. Mistakes happen, right? I didn't do that with intention. I began...
"Sorry again. I didn't saw you coming.
Forgive me."I didn't wait for him to respond. After blurting out my apology, I tried to walk past him. He gripped my wrist and pulled me back into my same standing position.
I didn't expected this to happen. So I jerked a little. His grip was hell hard. It hurts. I untwisted my hand to free myself from his grip. But it was no use.
I looked up and he was still glaring at me. He let my hand go. It makes me feel irritated.
"Look. I said I' m sorry. What more do you want me to do?" I increased my tone.
He clenched his jaw. He seethed through his teeth "Don't shout when the mistake is yours."
"Not fully mine. Mr... Whatever. You had also bumped into me. So its partially your fault too." I didn't back off.
He smirked. Evilly. "Fine. Lets play this in your way. Sorry!"
Hmm. Not that bad. This evening started bad , could it go any worse?
Yes??!!
"Okay. Problem settled." I murrmered to myself and about to leave.
He growled."Wait".
What now? I felt like I want to become invisible immediately. I don't think this will get any better.
He continued. "We are even for bumping now. But what about this coffee stain?" pointing towards his t-shirt.
