Marinette's POV
As we were waiting for the bus to come, I received an e-mail from my phone. I was confused at first but as I opened the e-mail I felt like crying. But not sad tears, happy ones.It was an e-mail from our parents who we hadn't heard from in a long-time. Bridgette and Alya were busy chatting as I continued to stare at the message with my free hand covering my mouth.
Alya and Bridgette must've noticed I wasn't speaking because Alya held my shoulders and Bridgette took my phone away from my hands and read the message. I honestly couldn't careless cause I was still staring at the ground.
But in the corner of my eyes I saw that Bridgette was this close to dropping the phone. She gave me a look of disbelief and whispered. "Is it really them?"
I nodded my head and she tackled me in a hug which I happily returned. I gave Alya the phone cause I knew she felt left out and she also joined in the hug. "I am so happy for you guys that you heard from your birth parents."
The both of us smiled at her as we went to talk to Ms. Bustier. Our parents said that they wanted us back home as soon as we landed the plane. After telling her we took our bags and secretly left the class and went outside.
Once outside we saw a black limo that was parked near the entrance. We quickly went over when to big men. I suppose our body guards went infornt of us. They both bowed and while opened the door for us, the other one helped us with our bags.
We drove for about two hours and when we finally stopped all three of had our jaw-dropped as we saw the palace.
Our Home.
The doors opened as we got a better view. The palace was big and by big I mean bigger than Chloe's hotel and more luxurious. We left our bags in the trunk cause after this we were going to hotel our class is staying at.
The two body guards came and led us towards the palace entrance. As we stopped infront two large two the body guards said some kind password into his ear piece as the palace doors opened.
We were stunned and shocked at how beautiful the palace was. It was decorated in a both modern and vintage style which made feel more at peace.
But there was one thing I still couldn't believe.......
That we were home.
Bridgette's POV
The three of us were staring at the decorations in awe. The people in China really do know how to decorate. Before we knew it we were already at the throne room. The body guards had left us to do something.Marinette and I were very nervous about meeting our parents. I mean it's not everyday you find out that your the long lost daughter of a king amd queen. Marinette and I interlocked our fingers and went in with Alya of course by our side.
And there they were our birth parents they were sitted on their thones. Wow I couldn't believe we are actually meeting our real parents!
The queen who is our mother stood up. She was kinda short but not the point. She short mid-night blue hair, grey-ish blue eyes. She was wearing a red and white traditional Chinese dress.
She walked down the steps of the throne and slowly made her way towards us. Alya had already moved back and stood aside from us.
Our mother stopped right infront of us. She then slowly and shakily reached out her hands and caressed each of our cheeks.
She then smiled and hugged us really tightly. Tears were the only thing in my eyes right now. Tears of joy that we were finally reuntied with our birth mother. Tears of joy that we can be a happy family again.
"I missed you girls so much." She whispered as we hugged tightly. "We missed you to." We said in unison.
We all couldn't take it anymore we all started crying which is kinds weird for me. I not usually a cryer. I only cry when I lost someone I really love. Marinette on the other hand was used to this alot which means you don't know how comforting words I know.
The same thing happened with our father we were all happy to be together again. Well since it wasn't that late we all sat down and started catching up.
We introduced them to Alya, who they immidiately loved and we told them stories about Paris and how we were always over-sleeping and always late which the laughed.
We were all happy but it was time to go. We bid our good-byes and hugged our parents one more time before leaving the palace to the hotel.
Honestly today is one of the best days of my life.
